A couple of weeks ago I had my first botox treatment & 'lip flip' and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. Heather explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what to expect. It's been a couple weeks and the results are amazing. Heather even makes it a point to check in a couple of times within the 2 weeks to make sure you're loving your results. I just had my first full body laser hair removal treatment today too!! I went in SO nervous... like I was expecting it to hurt and it was honestly the easiest thing I've ever done... now I'm just upset that I didn't start this years ago. The whole body (and yes... I mean every crevice... lol) took only 40-45 minutes and I felt super comfortable. She has the most high tech laser wand and there is no pain AT ALL. All you feel is either a warm or cool gel sensation. If you're on the fence or worried - don't be. Just do it - it's seriously so flippin easy and painless. I am SO glad I found Heather and this spa!

When I arrived, they had already checked someone in under my name. Rather than tell me this directly, I had to overhear and confusion ensued. When I was brought back to a room, the technicians had me down for the wrong service. We moved rooms. There was first a heavy sales pitch for a membership, which I said kindly, and clearly that I wasn't interested in. They kept pushing to work on my face, which again, I was not interested in. After my service ... They forgot to take measurements which would have indicted something worked. No towel to drape over me while they went around room to room. There were two people in the room, the whole time which was unnecessary. Then after my service, there was more work to try and sell me on a membership. It was very unprofessional, awkward, and I will definitely not be back. The tech doing the work was very nice, the establishment was large and clean. I would not go back.

I had…read morea botched surgery from another clinic that I went to in boulder and he did his absolute best to give me what I wanted no matter how many surgeries it would take. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.
