I chose salted caramel flavour, and started towards the cash. Before I got there, I got side tracked by the wine section... Specifically the one in a cat-shaped bottle. Every year it's a different colour,; this year it's a peachy shade. $12.95. Almost at the cash, waiting in line, and what do I see? Irish Cream with a Lindt treat attached to it... but the beverage is Red Velvet flavoured. THAT one came home with me instead!! Oh yeah!! Bring it on!! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Checkout wasn't too long in spite of the lineup and Christmas and COVID... And oh yeah, there seems to be more alcohol in the program with the pandemic!!

It made me wonder if they were doing what we were doing: grabbing a bite before the show. Our waiter admitted that he was in training as he was new; this is his first week and only his 3rd day. He and another waiter served us for this visit. Oddly, the veteran waiter welcomed us back - and thought we were here recently! Perusing the menu, they offer good specials during the week. We both chose the 1 piece of fish and chips which is normally $15.00 and on special last night for $11.00. and a beer (Keith's I think??! at $5.00 on Wednesdays - a different beer every night.) I found all my food was delicious and would not hesitate to order it again here. I loved the batter on the fish, and the coleslaw was tasty if a bit too much sauce on it. Our service was reasonable, although they were a tiny bit slow bringing the bill. They must be aware of the theatre diners... None the less, I would go back.
