The first company sent out a technician who spent two hours fidgeting with the equipment only to tell my dad he was unable to do what needed to be done. She was gonna give me a special offer and give me a $30 discount for the next year, but I would get unlimited data if I enrolled in Autopay. The Next month I was charged twice $85 AND $55. The current month i've been charged $155. Yesterday they bounced me around between 6 different agents. Three of them I could not understand because their accent was so thick. The last rep kept telling me they're very best. They could offer is $85/month. Liers and thieves. I can't change companies quick enough. Don't like Frontier, but even they aren't this dirty.

When he left, we tried the TV and it did the same exact thing before he got there! Call DIRECTV back so they could send somebody to fix the TV. The only day they had available was today.(Friday. 5-22-26) we had to cancel a doctors appointment on that day because obviously they were scheduling at their convenience and not the customers and we didn't wanna go the entire weekend without the TV. They were expected between 12-4. We get an email stating they were coming early around 10:15. It is now 1235 and no tech has shown up! There's many other problems with them as well as changing your bill charging you for something you didn't order, etc.. since they were bought out by another company it's been terrible! We are changing service and canceling DIRECTV after so many years. Don't let them scam you into getting their service. It's horrible.

happy I got Dish…read morenetwork for my house and direct tv for my rental house both from sky sat 20 . After calling Direct and Dish and getting the run around a friend told me about Sky sat 20. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
