A tad nervous about the process, the lady over the phone was very calming and informative about the service. She was able to answer all of my questions. The staff are all nice, friendly and quite classy if I might add. The look and feel of the spa is very modern and the decor is quite pretty. Everything appears clean and tidy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appt when I've arrived. My esthetician always cleans/sanitizes the room before I go in. I started the laser hair removal process which takes multiple sessions for the hair follicle to no longer produce hair. I just completed my third session and even before that there is little to no hair at all on the treated area. Just a few strands. I am pleased with the laser hair removal service. I will consider a facial next.

My massage was scheduled for 11:00, but I wasn't taken back until 11:05, and then needed additional time to change. Despite this, my massage ended at 11:55. A 60-minute massage should reflect a full 60 minutes of hands-on service, and in this case, it did not. This made me feel like I wasn't receiving the full service I paid for. In addition, there was loud talking and laughter in the hallways during my session, which disrupted the relaxation experience and pulled me out of what should have been a quiet, calming environment. This review is not a reflection of the therapist's skill the massage itself was truly great but rather feedback on time management and noise control, which are important parts of the overall experience.
