They are extremely professional, respectful, exceptionally knowledgeable and focused on attention to detail by taking pride in their work. They arrived on time and finished on time. They keep cost down. Instead of selling me a new control head, they rebuilt my existing one saving me nearly $1000. They installed a new iron filter tank and a new water softener tank. Upon installation of the new tanks, they corrected numerous discrepancies with the initial piping installation, which was installed by a different contractor. If quality parts and equipment are not available, they reschedule when the correct parts are readily on hand. They will not install substandard equipment. They work extremely well together and maximizing productivity. It was an honor to have them at my home. They failed to pull a permit in a timely manner which caused us as homeowners problems with the city and the final inspection for the house. In the past, when this service was provided by SWS under Skip, I could usually count on a same‑day or next‑day response, which made the process much smoother. Since the acquisition by EcoWater, this has not been my experience. I can't fully comment on their actual service work, from a customer service standpoint, lack of follow-up is disappointing. The only downside is the lack of an invoice for the work being done and installed. I've asked the owner, Tony, a few times but never received one. This is important because the valve alone was around $2,000, and Kohler requires proper documentation for warranty coverage (5 year warranty with this valve) if any issues come up.
