This review is very late!! My family and I have been coming to LCN for years and we've never had a bad experience. Even with prices going up getting a manicure or pedicure is well worth the splurge. Got here at 12:45 for a fill in, didn't leave until 2:20. My tech was named Jenny and there was all this confusion about what I wanted, dip or acrylic. I come here all the time and they always know what I want, don't know why they were so confused. They also didn't have a color I wanted and kept trying to push this new brand of polish they got which I've had before and it sucks, so I made sure I got OPI. Going to have to ice my pinky finger because she got me twice with the drill and kept trying to file it and mess with it. Me and my mom have been going here for years and have not had any issues until recently so time to find a new salon! read more

I will never use this salon again! I have been going to this salon since October 2022. First, they destroyed my feet. I now have ingrown toenails that I never had before and I contracted some kind of fungus. The last pedicure was incomplete, my cuticles weren't addressed. Today was the final straw!!! I went in for a fill and to have my nails cut back a little. I told Kevin, that's who I had today, to take them halfway down and he took them all the way down!!!!! Some other issues to point out....the technicians are not friendly, they always speak in their language and if you try to talk to them you are looked at like you are an idiot. read more

Thought I would try LCN spa &nails again thinking the experience would be better.. it was not! They do not make you feel welcome and they speak in their language the entire time. While I was there, I never once heard any of them interact with their clients.. to top it off they charged me $47 for a fill, polish and shape. These are all basic things. They also insist you select gel polish which is 12 dollars. On top of that they expect you to tip them.. will not be going back! Very disappointed in my experience. read more

Went here on Saturday 10/30 to get my nails done and WOW what an outstanding job Kim did on my nails. It has been hard for me find a nail tech that really knows how to do dipping powder on my nails since my previous nail tech (from another salon left unexpectedly). I went to LCN as a walk in and I was pleased to find out they took walk-ins and they did had someone there that knew how to properly do dipping powder on my nails. So I still have yet to find my WOW NAIL PLACE... I've gone to a couple places since we moved from FL and they've been ok. So far this Nail Salon was pretty good. I went to get refills and my mom her gel mani. They greeted us and immediately attended us, which it was not busy when we walked in. Tony did my refills and he really paid attention to what I wanted and did not have a problem with me checking out my nails while he worked (sometimes the nail tech gets offended). He also made conversation with me, which I appreciate because sometimes just a little conversation makes the customer feel comfortable and not just a dollar sign walking around... Henry did my moms Gel mani and she loved it. Now we'll just see how long our nails last and if they stay looking fresh lol Fyi I did a matte natural color They also give you a card they punch every time you spend $30 or more, on your 11th visit you get $30!!! :) read more

Since relocating back to this area, I've been searching for a clean place that offers great services. Finally found the perfect place. This location does a great job with nails, pedicure and waxing. Plus, occasionally my sister and I will meet there and enjoy a relaxing evening of pedicures and wine. They offer the best customer services. I went in for a 1pm appointment and walked by a tech who was pulling nails out of her tools and placing them in her tote. She then walked over to me and told me to put my feet in the water. I asked if she was going to sterilize her tools and she said they are clean. I said that's okay and left. She did not properly clean her tools. Unsafe! read more

I love Lisa however for some reason there's been two instances I went in for my appointment with her and the person that answered the phone didn't write it down. No remorse was shown. I sat in the lobby waiting on my appointment for 20 minutes and at my appointment time I was notified Lisa could not do my nails. The atmosphere is very unfriendly and everything is about money with them. Customer service doesn't appear to be of their concern. read more

Unfortunately with so many nail salons in our area we can be picky as to who we go to. The owner of LCN is rude and unfriendly. When you have your nails done by her she spends more time in answering her phone and booking appointments then acknowledging your presence when doing your nails . Yesterday I was made to wear a mask while having my nails done and today when I went back to get a pedi, the customer next to her chair didn't have a mask on! I also asked to get a punch in my card which she didn't the day before when I spent $60 on my nails . I asked for it today when I went for a pedi and she looked at me like I was lying then proceeded to ignore me and complain in Vietnamese to her nail tech next to her! I walked out and will not be going back. Go to another salon who is actually appreciative of the business given to them. read more

Went in for a mani and pedi. Service was ok. Quality was awful. I did the dip manicure and had to return a week later cause it already looked awful after a few days. Was not smooth. Nails were already chipping. Had them redo them and they charged again. The second time was better. But my nails are still not smooth. A couple fingers were not dry so she smudge the polish off in the corners and I didn't notice till I left. A few nails were so thick that they hurt for a few days after. I won't go back and would not recommend it. It's over priced and quality is not good. read more

I was there today and got a great pedicure from David. The atmosphere is nothing fancy but the chairs were comfy, the water temp in the foot bowl was just right, the place was very clean and I was greeted quickly and with smiles. David did such a great job on my feet that I let him give me a manicure. I have eczema on my hand and I have had some manicurists do a number on my cuticles so I have learned to just do my own nails. He was very gentle and did not insist on cutting them. I will go back and see him again! read more

On Saturday April 23,2022 I ask for Lily to do my eyebrows she speak good English I let my eyebrows grow out so that they won't be so thin. She wax them so thin and then told me let them grow out and she'll fix them next time. I told her there would be no next time and I wasn't paying for her service. I went to the front told the owner I wasn't paying for my eyebrows because they were messed up instead of her talking to me she talking to her worker. So I sat down waiting to get my nails done she sent this young girl over to the me to tell me I had to go because I couldn't get my nails done there that was fine however my cousin was there when my cousin left she told her she apologize how in the hell my cousin got an apology and I didn't I'm the one with the messed up eyebrows? My cousin told her why didn't you pull the both of them to the side and rectify it? Why are you talking to me. I'm SMDH so just pay for her mistake but I have to walk around with messed up eyebrows. I stumbled across this salon on my 1st to the hair salon next door. I will NEVER return to this salon. They are not friendly. I went in for a pedicure and debated about a manicure. The MAN that was doing my pedicure asked me if I wanted a manicure and I said, sure why not. He turned to a co-worker said something in his language and laughed. The towels that they were using looked dirty. I'm hoping the tools were properly cleaned. After the pedicure was done, he asked me if i wanted the DELUXE manicure and I said no - just the basic. He tried to 'sell' it to me with the reflexology and I again declined. He did a real crappy job with the manicure. Cuticles were cleaned up as they should. After he was done with the basic, he proceeded to do the deluxe and charged me. I will NEVER EVER return to this salon again. read more

Wanted to give a review that was recent and not years old like the others. Went in there after leaving another salon after feeling super pressured to get what they wanted done. When I went in here they were very friendly and did not pressure me at all to get gel or anything else. Asked once and then it was done. I really appreciated that because it gets really annoying at other places when they just can't accept that I don't want gel polish, pedicure, etc. The woman did a great job on my nails and I will certainly be back! They even offer a bonus card after 6 services, which is great for a nail salon! And nowhere else I've been have offered that, and I've tried plenty of places! Rip off!!! My daughter & I chose this nail salon going by the pics shown on their site thru a google search. We both chose French tip pedicures with gel polish. BOTH of our nail techs did not know how to do French tips. The lady doing my daughter's feet had to get another tech to complete hers. The tech I had definitely had to be an apprentice. She cut my cuticle too deep on one of my toes...took about 5 mins to stop the bleeding. She kept spraying my toe & had to apply antiseptic. No thorough attention was done on my feet & I got the deluxe pedicure for $42. The heels of my feet still look the same! She tried to get the same tech (the one that had to step in & complete my daughter's) to complete mine but she couldn't because she was being pulled away from her own customers. My tech attempted to do my French tips (took over an hour). I originally wanted nail art in my big toes...at this point, my trust in getting it done right was pretty slim. I requested a thin line of silver to highlight my tips...my tech didn't know how to do that either so finally the other nail tech saved my day. I also had nail polish around one of my ankles-seriously!?! We were charged $133...for what!?! $42 (each) for the pedis-ok cool. $5 extra (each) for French tips-ok cool. $17 (each) for gel polish-REALLY? We both only had a sliver of polish on the tips of our toenails...it's not like all toes were fully polished. We were charged $34 for a line of gel polish at only the tips of our toenails--that's absurd!!! $5 extra (me)-for nail art-what art!?! So they consider a silver line nail art??? Please take those pics down off ur website or show me the nail tech that actually did those. We will NEVER return. No thanks bucko. read more

I have been here numerous times and am happy with the services every time. I always have both manicure & pedicure on every visit. The salon is always cleaned. I really like the cleaned hand towel to dry my hands (environment friendly). Another perks at this salon is that every pedicure chair has an IPad. I decided to try this nail salon out because it was close to my house and I was lazy and did not feel like driving to my regular salon. I called in the morning and asked how much a gel polish change was and the lady told me $20. I told her that I already had gel polish on my nails and she said that it would still be $20. When I got there, I was the only customer in the salon, and soon I understood why. I believe that I was given a new person, because someone kept coming over every few minutes to see how she was doing and to reassure her that she was doing a good job. She put polish on 3 nails and told me to put my hand in the heater. By doing 3 nails at a time on each hand this took forever. When I went to pay, the lady told me that it would be $25. I told her that the lady on the phone said that it would be $20, and she told me that they had to take off the polish (only on 5/10 nails) and that was $5 extra. I told her that I had phoned earlier that morning and I told the lady that I had polish on my nails and she said that the price would be $20. She just looked at me, so I paid the $25 and left. When I looked at my nails I could see streaks of polish, and I could see through to my nail. read more
