I was finally told I could pick up the part at the warehouse on 12/24/24 at 8:30AM (after numerous calls to the store). Got there and no part. Warehouse stated store had sent the ticket too late to make the delivery. Had to cancel the installer and again will have to try to track down this order. This is actually the second time I have had really poor service from this store. Would not recommend unless timelines & projects can just linger along and you don't mind being the one to track down your orders as they really don't follow through on any of their commitments or promises. My impression is customer service is not at all important to this store.

Receipt showing they over charged me $12 vs $10 on the soap bars listed. I should have double checked before I left but a long line was forming behind me! Aside from the price issue complaint, the shop itself is very cute. Everything decorated there looks like a winter wonderland during December. As the name suggests, they have a large nursery section for all sorts of plants throughout the shop. They also have many curated decorative and gift type items for sale. They have small sections of sale items which have very specific brands or circumstances that they apply to. Given the neighborhood demographic the steep prices are not surprising. If you find something you like here, it may be worth looking into how to get the item directly from the seller. One of the main benefits is that this is indoors and directly attached to the café, which I enjoyed much more. It's always fun to walk around and digest to browse after a meal.

The order had been cancelled; apparently, the kettle vanished, we couldn't even buy the display item. I called the Westport store about a refund to my card; I was given a 1 800 number to call. I called that number and was referred back to the Westport store. I called the Westport store and, admittedly, lost my cool a bit, but was told by an associate, "This is not my problem." Um, this is your problem because you work for Crate & Barrel, am I correct? I was hung up on. I received a voicemail in return, and when I called back, was hung up on again. I worked for C&B ages ago in San Francisco, and if I'd displayed such customer service demeanor, I would have been seriously reprimanded, if not sacked.

I would recommend using them, just make sure to follow-up with the front office or ask them to make sure to tell you (the customer) if there are any delays getting the supplies. Overall, great work and a the glass is beautiful. Plus, they cleaned up the area and had "no trace" work.

I had two showers in my home done and the whole process from start to finish (not including my delayed placement of the order) was about 3-4 weeks including estimate ordering of the glass and installment. Installment took one day and the installers were professional and extremely careful not only with the glass (obviously) but with the walls and things in my home and they were clean as well. I couldn't even tell that they were there. Except for the brand new shower enclosures which turned out phenomenal! I am so happy with my showers. Renovating a home can be so frustrating and sometimes you wonder if ANYone does good work anymore. But we did not feel this way with Westport Glass. It was one of the nicest things we have had done in our home.
