Warehouse stated store had sent the ticket too late to make the delivery. Had to cancel the installer and again will have to try to track down this order. This is actually the second time I have had really poor service from this store. Would not recommend unless timelines & projects can just linger along and you don't mind being the one to track down your orders as they really don't follow through on any of their commitments or promises. My impression is customer service is not at all important to this store.

As the name suggests, they have a large nursery section for all sorts of plants throughout the shop. They also have many curated decorative and gift type items for sale. They have small sections of sale items which have very specific brands or circumstances that they apply to. Given the neighborhood demographic the steep prices are not surprising. If you find something you like here, it may be worth looking into how to get the item directly from the seller. One of the main benefits is that this is indoors and directly attached to the café, which I enjoyed much more. It's always fun to walk around and digest to browse after a meal.

I called that number and was referred back to the Westport store. I called the Westport store and, admittedly, lost my cool a bit, but was told by an associate, "This is not my problem." Um, this is your problem because you work for Crate & Barrel, am I correct? I was hung up on. I received a voicemail in return, and when I called back, was hung up on again. It was so easy working with the sales team. They had designs ready for me within days for review and then all I did was go in after to pick out colors and materials I wanted. We went with their top of the line Deluxe Wood and Fabuwood products. It is worth it for durability! All our of countertops are also quartz from Hope Kitchens as well. I was really surprised at the selection they carried and loved that we didn't have to stop by any additional stone yards or hire fabricators. They handled everything in house! The team was incredibly quick and efficient once everything came into stock. We get so many compliments from everyone that visits our home and they cannot believe that these were not "custom" made - which would've cost us 3 times the cost. Easily the best decision we made for our build. Highly recommend these guys for your next renovation or build!!!!
