They claimed he was the aggressor- despite being completly fine all the other times we went to daycare. We asked many times to see the recordings and they denied us access to seeing it. Obviously no groom will be an exact copy of a photo, but we expected something reasonably close to what we requested. The outcome was so different from our instructions that it felt as though our preferences were ignored entirely. We entrusted them with our dog and are VERY disappointed with the lack of attention. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing.
