I usually have other nail salon techs get frustrated with me due to my hands constantly tensing up (I am constantly stressed and anxious), but she had no issues. I was also very surprised that my nailbed didn't burn under the UV light. Whether I do gel nails at home or at other salons, my nails aren't in the greatest condition so they burn very easily. But I barely felt anything even with multiple coats. Judy was very accommodating and was able to quickly fix up mistakes with no issues. My nails came out perfectly cute. I was very nervous trying this nail salon due to many mediocre and bad experiences in other salons. But I am glad this place was worth the cost and quality.

The inside has the standard massage chairs you'd expect, the vibe is very "chill and do your own thing," and I'm sure you could ask for tea or whatever else you need. I got a pedicure at the beginning of March (and I know I'm due for another one soon!), but get this: I just got regular polish--no gel or anything--and the color is still completely on my toenails! However, once I was seated, the entire pedicure was rushed and finished in under 30 minutes, even though the salon's website states that a regular pedicure takes about 30 minutes. I understand being busy, but I don't think that should mean rushing through a service. My nails were not filed evenly, and the cuticles were barely trimmed. After the pedicure was finished, there were still quite a few cuticles left, and honestly, my feet didn't look or feel like they had just received a pedicure. I will say that the technician was very nice and did a good job polishing my nails, the color was applied nicely. I didn't get her name, but she was sitting at the first station as you walk into the salon. I'm giving 2 stars because I felt the quality of the service was sacrificed because they were busy. My appt was at 5 and I got started with at 5:15. She apologized for the delay and expressed gratitude for patience. She started me with my pedicure, and handed me the colors to select from. I loved my pedicure (and this was my first ever pedi!) : foot bath was lined and clean, water temp was nice and Anna made sure I was comfortable. She took her time with my cuticles, talked to me to get to know me, and told me about other beauty services at the salon. She also put on the massage chair for me and clarified some details about my Groupon (see below later in the review). She took her time with painting my nails, which I got simple white gel on my toes. She massaged my legs and gave me a hot towel. Afterwards she moved me to the other table to do my manicure, which I selected a baby pink gel color and she took her time on this as well. I let her select the shape to do, so she filed me down to a square almond. I appreciated that she took her time and didn't rush bc all my nails are clean and even. :) I had a Groupon, and she stated they use the Groupon to get exposure and obtain customers, and honor the Groupon price in store. They recommend customers not purchase the Groupon and just tell them they saw it online so they can honor the price and get 100% of the cost, otherwise Groupon takes over half of the money from the Groupon and also discounts the service further than the price the business set. In the Fresha app, I noticed their price for a regular mani is $30 and pedi is $40. For gel it's $50 and $55 respectively. The Groupon was for a regular mani and pedi priced at $105 and discounted to $78. So I paid $78 for a "discounted" mani pedi when their regular price in the app and website is $70, not 105. Even tho I technically paid $8 extra, she applied $15 for the mani and $15 for the pedi since I wanted gel. Overall, I would return bc I love how my nails came out and I had a relaxing experience, without feeling rushed. The service from the staff was great quality! In the future I wouldn't purchase the Groupon and would rather just call or book directly to avoid up charges and confusion on the pricing.
