Great experience. Cageless groomer, no appointment needed but you do need to go early if you want your dog to be ready at a reasonable time. My dog seems very happy upon arriving and when I go to pick her up. They are very hospitable and the place is very clean. I've been coming here for 3 months already. I have a mini schnauzer (10 years old). They take notes and still always ask you how do you want the cut and they do exactly what you ask for! pricing is very affordable. I've been to this place a few times because its near by. The customer service is below average. You are told one thing coming in and then given a different story when picking up, and since you have to pay up front, you have to deal with a mediocre job. The cut that was done on my dog was rushed, machine strokes are uneven and areas shaved that we didn't ask for. Following simple directions and providing pictures also didn't help. God forbid you question or complain about the way your dog looks, as its always the customers fault. I will be avoiding this place like the plague. Be aware, if the owner is there with his wife expect a terrible cut. If the man is alone in the store everything is fine. When his wife is working with him its a complete disaster and he can't even be approached. Aggressive and arrogant. I think the other glittering reviews here are all bogus! I know several people in my neighborhood who have complained about the same issue but wont take the time to review. read more

0/10 recommend this place if you want your pets back in a timely manner. We have been going here for years now as the location is close by and the salon itself is always clean. They do not take appointments and it is walk in only. We have learned over the years to be there right when they open as to be first in line. They do a great job with our 3 German Shepherds which is why we continued going but it is no longer worth the 9 hours our pets spend there. We were second in line this morning, behind a 7lb Poodle, at 7:55am... they don't open until 8:30am but we wanted to ensure they would get on the list for the day. When we called to check on our pets at 1:30 PM (!!!!) they had informed us only ONE of our three dogs had been bathed and was currently sitting in the dryer. When I asked how it was possible if they had been there for 6 hours, she proceeded to tell me they do the little dogs first. I do not understand how you can tell your clients to be there early as it is first come first serve then tell us you had done a number of dogs previous to our family because they are smaller. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Then, I proceeded to ask which one of our pets was completed and if that meant ALL services were done, she continued to tell me "He's in the dryer now, so it'll be 20 minutes!" Mind you, all of my 3 shepherds are FEMALE. I asked her to give me the name of the one in the dryer and she had no idea, she said "the one with hair." For them not to know the names of their pets for the day is unprofessional and SAD. Overall, the work they do is great but the manner in which they handle business and their clients is impermissible and I do NOT recommend taking your pet here unless you are okay waiting 9 hours as your pet just sits in a cage. read more

I took my dog to this place for the first time about 2 months ago. I had just moved here and the place came highly recommended. I should have known when I brought his medical records and they told me they didn't need to see them I should have run away and fast. I left my dog for the weekend and when I picked him up he had a strong odor of urine and his eyes were running with a yellow discharge. Turns out he had gotten kennel cough. I ended up with a $200 vet bill and when I called the owner he was rude and very short with me...he said my dog couldn't have possibly gotten sick from their place and what did I expect him to do. No apology, no fact finding and no empathy on his part, and someone was in the background saying just hang up on her. Rude customer service and they don't require shot records. I would give it no stars if I could just based on my horrible customer service experience. read more

This is obviously an update to my review please see the response of this business to my comment and realize the lack of professionalism all I was asking for was a refund when I incurred additional expenses because of the bleeding ears however instead of having a sympathetic heart for the customer and pet the 70 dollars were more important to them.... Now I get an attack as a response! Instead of a sincere apology... I am very glad everyone could see the type of people running this business if you ever have a complaint this is what you would get!!! Just think of my experience when you see the waving person on pines blvd talking about a pet hotel jajajaja what a joke!!! More like a pet nightmare!!! Of course I post bad reviews I think it's more important to warn people of bad service!!!! Since the good service speaks for itself.... If I could put no stars at all I would! I went to this place a few months back with my little Yorkie and got the worst service ever. I dropped my dog off right when they opened and she was the first one of their "list" supposedly. I told the lady at the front specifically that my dog had not eaten since I didn't want her to be nervous and soiling herself so I gave her a little Baggie with food for my dog for when the cut was over! The lady told me that the dog would be ready at 12! At 1 still not having heard from them I had my mom call them, to which they said she would be ready by 3!! Mind you my dog hasn't eaten at all by then! At 4 my mom went to go pick up Lily cause they still hadn't called! When asked about the service they had some obnoxious teenager in the front who was rude as hell! The cut on my dog was terrible! It didn't even look like they bathed her and she was also bleeding from her paws! They have the worst customer service and I highly recommend that if you love your pet then this is not a place you wanna take them. read more

I have been coming here since my dog was about 3 months and I must say that these owners did an amazing job staffing the right people to work here... the quality of work that this salon does is exceptional.... I wish I would have written this sooner as I have always felt this way but just didn't take the time to do it. So my boyfriend and I rescued a dog full of ticks on Monday. Took him to this spa right when they opened for a flea and tick bath. Meanwhile, pest control was at our house and I was getting ready to clean the house from crown molding to baseboard lol. The older Hispanic woman at the front counter was amazing! I explained to her what was going on and she told me not to worry because Dax would be in great hands and I could come back and pick him up once I'm done. At 3pm my boyfriend picked him up and even though he's super skinny, I can tell the difference!!!!! He looks amazing! And smells fresh plus I found two dead ticks on him (he was also given the Rx prescribed by vet). For the bath, ear cleaning and teeth brushing it was roughly $70. Annnnd, they gave me the remaining bottle of the medicated stuff. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now to get this sweet boy to gain some weight and bring out his personality! read more

I am disappointed with this place. I have been going here for awhile & I like the haircuts they do to my Yorkie, but they always took a VERY long time (around 5 hours). Today, they "lost" my card and so they couldn't find any of my info. I dropped my dog off at 9:30am. Between 2-4pm I called 5 times (to get an update) and NO ONE ANSWERED. NOT ONCE! I got worried and showed up 6 hours after dropping my dog off. They told me AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR! The man said it was only him there. So I told him he shouldn't accept so many dogs, and with attitude he told me that I should have known it would take this long from the list that I signed in on. I should have known?! How do I know how many people are working, how many dogs, what each dog is getting done, how long it takes, etc! If he were to tell me it would take longer than 7 hours for a wash and haircut I would have easily come back another day. I have always like their haircuts, but it takes way too much time and I don't think it's acceptable to have your dog waiting for over 7 hours like this. read more

My dog Rusty has been going here now for the past year and I must say every visit is very pleasant. They are never rushed even with how busy they get. Very clean pet spa & friendly staff! I love walking in & their macaw "baby" says hello baby! They also listen & try to help with particular needs for your pet! Their prices are also resonable. The only down side I'd say is sometimes he is there all day but I understand at times they are very busy so I try to be one of the first ones there so he's first line. read more
