In the consultation, I specifically said I didn't want copper; I wanted something soft and natural. This color is embarrassing; it looks fake and cheap. I was told that it will fade and that each time it'll get closer to what I want. I also was told I could have them put more brown on or I could come back within seven days. I can't imagine, trusting them to put more color in my hair. It was $140 after a 20% new client discount for the color and a cut ( more of a trim).

My neck was killing me sitting there, but I thought maybe she is just trying to do a good job. After I walked to the chair and looked in the mirror, my hair was totally matted. The water was dripping all over my clothes. The hair looked so bad, that it looked like somebody was weaving them on purpose. I got very concerned. I knew it is going to be bad, because two other stylists came over and tried to assess it. They started brushing my hair and a huge chunks were just coming off. I almost cried. I have no idea what happened and how simple root touch up became such a disaster. They may have mixed the formula wrong or something like that. But the result is I now have a third of the amount of hair I came there with and most of my hair is broken at all length.

I contacted Sherry immediately and simply asked for the opportunity to have it corrected. I accidentally missed the first redo appointment after mixing up the schedule. I immediately apologized, accepted full responsibility, agreed to pay the $50 no-show fee, and asked to reschedule. After I repeatedly followed up, Sherry finally agreed to a new appointment. Then, at the last minute, she canceled the confirmed appointment and ultimately refused to redo the perm. What is most disappointing is not just the poor quality of the work, but the complete lack of accountability. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the no-show fee, and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with delayed communication, a canceled appointment, and a refusal to stand behind her work. I paid $144 and was left with an unsatisfactory perm and no meaningful resolution. If a business is unwilling to correct its own work after agreeing to do so, customers should think twice before trusting it with their time and money. UPDATE - in response to the owner's response: If there is 0 star. I would have chosen it! You are such a liar! Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not accurately reflect what happened. After the unsatisfactory perm, I gave you every opportunity to make it right. And 4). not to have client fatigue resulting in sending client off with sections of damp hair that will become wavy. That poor young lady was thrown into the lions den with beginner skills. She should have been shadowing not independently styling. I'll try this place again in few months bc I assume the first few months came too soon with obstacles that may soon be smoothed out.
