She mumbled Spanish a lot during my time with the other technician. After I had tried to ask for an iridescent sparkle and she kept grabbing gold polish. Iridescent in Spanish is the same in English, so acting like she didn't understand was the opitome of her poor attitude. I even showed her a sample of what I already had done on my toes. The Asian lady took one look and grabbed the ideal polish. It just was annoying because it all left me feeling icky. I shouldn't have to feel abused when going for a nail treat. It matters how you're treated!!!

The nail techs were very talented in their skills, however I have never been to a salon where the technician was on the phone/AirPods the entire time talking to someone, like they were today. I'm not giving a bad review because of this, but I am a bit put off because I'd say the was very unprofessional. I've just never experienced this and felt like I was interrupting their convo when I needed to ask for specifics related to my nails. It was just strange to me. I also didn't feel like the establishment was the cleanest. Looking past these details though- I was happy with my nails and my daughter was too. The techs were spot on with the details that we requested, so very happy with this. If you're looking for a talented nail artist- This is your place... if you're looking for a spa like, serene experience, then maybe keep searching because you won't find it here.

Cindy also fixed an ingrown nail that even the podiatrist could not fix a few month ago. I also like that they don't do acrylic nails in the salon because the smell of the chemicals always gives me a headache. They have fantastic massage chairs too. I wish I had one at home. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to help me facilitate a large group event for Kappa Delta sorority recruitment in back in 2022. Tim was incredibly helpful and we truly enjoyed working with them. We were able to service many members with pedicures or eyebrow service. They also offered complimentary drinks and ensured they would have proper staff to cover us all. I consider this one of the highlights of my sorority memories :). But when I went back to have a couple of nails fixed aflyer a week the new owner was arguing with my saying it was 2 weeks and was so rude I wished I had just gotten up and left. Vivian took me away from him and re did my entire set! I started to cry and they were so wonderful. if you go ask for Vivian or Johnny they are wonderful and good! AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!
