Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. Given that the house needed some renovations, she recommended a contractor that did the work perfectly (thanks, Ivan!) from Redesign Construction, and for final delivery of all furniture, everything was handled by 27 Diamonds with white glove delivery. We explained that due to the age of our home we are quite literally living in an antique. That said, we wanted to select plumbing fixtures that blend modern convenience and functionality with a look that still pays homage to the past.......no small feat. Sarah was extremely accommodating as we dragged her from one end of the store to the other, then back to her computer questioning and discussing every different color and finish option available. She offered her input on the pros and cons of every fixture type to help us make very informed decisions. We arrived at the store about 45 minutes before closing (on a Saturday) and Sarah stayed with us almost a full hour after closing to type up the quote knowing that we were not quite ready to commit. We went back the following Saturday and worked with Ida who was also extremely accommodating in helping us add to and finalize our order........or so we thought. We ended up going back again on Sunday and Sarah helped us decide on the last few accessories. Please Note: The multiple trips to the store was the result of me and my wife being a little indecisive and the insane need of my wife for every item needing to match exactly in color and shape right down to the towel hooks and toilet paper roll holder. Keep in mind that we finished ordering everything on Sunday afternoon and the entire order was delivered Monday morning at 8:20am. Even the delivery driver was most pleasant and helpful. Sarah called today to follow up and make sure everything arrived as scheduled. I say all this to let other customers know that I typically don't write reviews because most purchases these days are so transactional, lacking true customer service and personal interest in making sure that the customer has the best experience possible. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath.
