Diana is awesome. She is very caring about the animals she grooms. She does a great job grooming our dogs. We have taken our dogs to Diana for a few years now. There is another groomer that works at the same location. I am not sure about the arrangement; they maybe sharing the location. If I could give them negative stars, I would. My dog came back to us in severe pain and I have a feeling they yanked on her collar or leash and have damaged her neck. We took her to the vet and they also agree that something happened while she was being groomed. These people abuse the animals that come in and have no regard for the health or safety of the animals. Do not ever bring your pets here. They're disgraceful. read more

Very rough with their animals! Smack their animals with the metal bristles brushes! cut our dog skin badly almost costing me more money to get stitches luckily they had a glue for it! Nicked my dogs nail and bottom of the foot and not only my dog but the dog before my dog too!! This place is not a very good place to go to get your loving animal groomed with the rough handling, yanking animals by their legs, ears and tails!! Recommended by a friend when I moved to the area, and they are amazing. While they may be busy and not too chatty when you call or come in, they are the most caring staff, and take such good care of the dogs. They are faster, cheaper and SO much better than the Denver area groomer I had been using before. My older dogs get stressed by the groomer, and they are in and out at Le Clipperie in just a couple hours or less, while other places could be 4-6 hours in kennels until they had time to get everything done. As long as they will have me as a customer, I'll keep making appointments and coming in. read more

Flat out, this is the best groomer in the area. The prices are reasonable - do I dare say this? - way too cheap for the amazing service they offer. We've been coming here for many years, first with our American Bulldog, then our Schnoodle, and now with our Coton de Tulear. Diana does a wonderful job! Ours is not a show dog so I don't know if there is "a" way to get her cut, we just have a functional look that we like. Diana is a great listener and the pup always, always looks great. This is not a fancy place, not a huge staff, so if you are looking for that you'll sadly miss out on great service. We've tried other groomers, like PetCo, when LeClipperie had no openings - hugely disappointing and over priced. Our dogs have always been treated kindly. We are fully comfortable with LeClipperie cleanliness and safety of our pets. It always smells like clean dogs, not dirty dogs, like some pet facilities. Can't say enough good. At the risk of making it even more difficult to schedule an appointment at this busy place -ha - I highly, highly recommend LeClipperie! read more

I called because I'm new to the area and had questions and was not even greeted when they answer the phone they just said Clipperie.. no thank you for calling or anything and after so many rings I felt she was annoyed to answer. I was very disappointed. My dog is a rescue so he has some anxiety with other dogs and then several weeks ago he was attacked by two off-leash german shepards so he has extreme anxiety and reactions to other dogs. But he needed his nails clipped (which he hates) and with his black nails I didnt trust myself to do it. So I called up and explained how hes great with people but he doesnt like his nails clipped and this should be done without other dogs near him. I realize this is a tall order for a dog groomers which is why I called to see if this was possible. The woman on the phone said it would be fine and she could accommodate this. I showed up at my specified time to find her personal 3-4 dogs running around behind the counter (there were other rooms behind the counter where these dogs could have been kept contained) Her solution was to have me sit and hold my dog in the waiting area as she attempted to clip his nails. The dogs behind the counter were jumping, barking, and growling at my dog who began to freak out. The woman then got uppity with me about how dogs can bite when they are scared and this was an unsafe situation. At this point I was upset and my dog was terrified, so I jumped up and scooped my dog up and said "well of course this isnt a safe or PROFESSIONAL situation. This isnt going to work with those dogs." and I just left. I realize that I had a special request for my dog and I realize not every place will accommodate. But I do expect that if I call ahead and make special arrangements that you agree to, that you should do it and not be rude to me when you failed to provide this. read more
