Richard & Lisa are very friendly and easy to work with. They listened to what we wanted and provided a number of different options to meet our needs. When our new house was completed we scheduled them to install. They arrived on time and completed the multiple window install of our motorized blinds in just under 3 hours. One motor had a defect and they ordered a replacement on the spot. As soon as the new motor arrives they will be back to replace the current one. I got multiple bids on shutters. No one came close to the bid from TVWT. One company never got back to me, one pushed shutters that I really wasn't interested in. UPDATE as of 1/14/19: Richard and Lisa went above and beyond today. They showed up with the company rep. My issue finally happened for Rich so he saw what I had been dealing with. The Rep did and said everything to blow me off. But Rich stuck with it and found what the problem was. He wasn't going to leave until my issue was resolved. I went in with a blind that wouldn't pull up or go down! She estimated cost to replace and/or fix depending on situation! I agreed, being that blind was 7 years old.
