The cobbler itself had lots of peaches and tasted fresh and comforting. We also ordered the strawberry peach cobbler, but didn't love the strawberry component as much as I expected. Honestly, I preferred the classic peach cobbler on its own. The space was bright and clean, and the service was very friendly. The staff member took the time to walk us through all the options, which was helpful because there are tons of toppings and ways to customize the desserts and cookies. They're also testing out a food menu. I didn't try any of the savory items since I came strictly for dessert, but it's nice to see them expanding and offering more variety. Im a super picky eater and not too big on desserts but I have a soft spot for caramel and cinnamon. I chose the salted caramel, snickerdoodle and vanilla sprinkle cookies. They arrived all in one piece due to the careful packaging. None of the cookies were damaged or broken. The cookies were amazing! They tasted even better than they looked! You can clearly taste the butter base used in the dough which def makes these cookies rich and stand our from the competitors! The shape and size is perfect for sharing or fulling enjoying by yourself. I ate them too quickly to have to worry abour storing them for freshness but I did decide to share a few with my coworkers and it definitely made their day. Next time I plan to warm them and see how they taste! The cookies themselves are a great value for a truly yummy sweetness. Be prepared to pay for shipping but it is 1000% worth it. I have yet to find cookies similar or better than these in the DC area. I'm already looking for their new and creative upcoming recipes to try out! Instead of receiving what was advertised, I got a cup that was almost entirely filled with dry kataifi pastry. There were only three strawberries, and they were not fresh. There was barely any chocolate or pistachio filling compared to the amount of dry pastry. When I left an honest review about my experience, the owner accused me of lying and claimed that the security cameras showed eight strawberries in my order. I have photos of exactly what I received, and they clearly show otherwise. I have no reason to make up this experience. I simply wanted to share what I actually received. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the business chose to accuse a customer of being dishonest. That level of customer service is just as disappointing as the quality of the dessert. I would not recommend this place.
