He seems to never be found. How difficult is it to find a manager in a 15,000 sqft showroom?? How do you have the inability to obtain a tracking number for products YOU sell in order to find out when they will be delivered? All we have gotten is the runaround. We now have people on standby, whom we have to continue to pay, because Brian and management can't seem to get it together. This is a total lack of professionalism! We urge you to take your money elsewhere-total lack of work ethic!!

Everything was explained really well, and the instructors made the experience fun and easy to follow, even for someone who isn't a professional cook. We made our own dressing for the arugula salad, and when I tell you it was amazing, I thought about that salad for days afterward. It was honestly one of my favorite parts of the class. I had never had gnocchi before, and it was really, really good. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. We also learned some great tips for preparing steak that I wasn't aware of, and I've already started using them at home. Overall, it was a great experience. The class was informative, hands-on, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to others, and I plan on coming back to try the knife skills class and probably a few other classes as well.

Chef Kate led us on a wonderful 2 hour culinary adventure making roasted chicken, kale salad, a Lemon tart, marinated artichokes, and a delicious aioli. The chicken had a golden brown skin, cooked perfectly. Tasty and crispy. The kale salad had a great flavor thanks to the nice dressing that you make. The lemon tart is made first due to the amount of work and steps involved. It is a nice treat to go with the meal. The artichokes are delicious and you add some of the aioli you make and it is so tasty. Probably my favorite part. You do the cooking yourself but Chef Kate guided us from beginning to end. Happily answering all questions. She made everything so easy and instructed us the whole time.. After you take a class you get $10 off another class and 10% off a purchase in the store. The santoku knife they sold me wasn't even in stock and they wanted to order it for me but it would take a month. The person helping me with knife testing was kind, but the person helping me find the knife was not helpful. I ended up buying the knife direct from the manufacturer instead of Williams-Sonoma in that instance. We bought something else in store to honor the help from the knife saleswoman. But I am disgusted by the treatment of the checkout person. William Sonoma is about look and not help.

I never got a solid plan, they hard-sold me high, promising we would reduce it, just to make me sign the contract. (my first mistake) Of course, those meetings to discuss my priorities and reduce the budget, never came. My dream wasn't realized as they either vetoed, forgot or bumbled each feature of my design. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. I was lead here randomly because I saw they offered restaurant quality baby high-chairs (you know those wooden ones). I hate the plastic over $100 ones they sell in mainstream stores, the legs are cheap and annoying. I love the simplicity and effectiveness and style of restaurant quality high-chairs so was able to get these brand new in box for $25. I am so thrilled. The man working there was super helpful even though I am not a huge buyer, he helped me find a good deal on plates and bowls. He was a great man to help me. I will definitely be back to buy more kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. I should have bought some pitchers and coffee stainless steel creamer pourers, but I didn't have much time, I'll be back to the store soon.
