I had an excellent experience at this Williams Sonoma location, thanks to Rhonda (sales associate) and Tina (General Manager). I purchased a Breville Oracle Dual Boiler espresso machine through a pre-order with this store. When it was delivered, I later discovered there were serious issues with the machine. Not knowing at first, I went back to the store to compare mine with the floor model. That's when I realized something was definitely wrong. Rhonda was out that day, but Tina stepped in immediately and handled the situation with such professionalism and care. She arranged for a replacement, ensured everything was taken care of smoothly, and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. This was not a small purchase--it was a $3,000+ espresso machine with tax--so the level of support and customer service I received was extremely reassuring. You often hear negative stories about customer service, but this store proved those wrong. Tina and her team genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Because of how well they handled everything, I not only left with confidence in my purchase, but I also bought additional items and will gladly continue to support this location. When I checkout the staff are nice but sometimes I feel they are a little too chatty with each other and ignore me when I need it. I guess there is a delicate balance between letting someone shop and pestering them. The store can be a little untidy. I actually go here to browse and mostly buy the big ticket items online as the items in store don't feel tidy. I will pick up for items here to avoid minimum shipping costs. The scones here are very buttery so I prefer the ones sold at world market more. The have hard to find items like teas and jams from Fortnum and mason. read more

I love shopping at other Williams-Sonoma locations, but not this one. At other Williams-Sonomas, salespeople offer recommendations and seem interested in providing a good customer service experience. The opposite was true at this location. I came in to recycle Nespresso capsules and buy new ones, but due to poor customer service, I walked out without buying anything. read more

For many years I used to shop here and had stopped since covid. But these days, their items are unbelievably overpriced. Some peach rings (candy) that you could probably get for at most 5 dollars was triple the price ($16.99). Same goes with the majority of the other items like the blueberry scone mix ($17), custards (also $17), and more. Do Not get food items here! I was shocked to hear my total balance after getting 4 items was $70, for one scone mix, gummy, custard and chocolate. read more

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would. Absolutely HORRENDOUS company, and even worse return process. I ordered a product online and returned it into store thinking (like a normally company would) I would receive my refund within a couple days.....here we are 4 weeks later. I have called numerous times to figure out what happened to my package and why I have yet to receive my refund, bouncing between general customer service, the store, and for some odd reason a furniture sales customer service line. FINALLY, after a few weeks, I come to find out the store GM, was the one who sent my package out to be returned to warehouse, but no one seems to know where my package lies. To this day, I have yet to receive my refund for the product I purchased, even after being told by the GM, and management with general customer service that they would note into my account to have the funds released back to the card used at time of purchase. I'm not sure how this company seems to operate, but I think they could use re-visitation in this category, and general customer service skills. Store has always been nice, however, today October 12th 2025-all of the Halloween stuff was already gone and there are innumerable Christmas displays. Came out just to shop for Halloween things for a party and it's all gone and October isn't even halfway over. Very strange and annoying. read more

William Sonoma has all sorts of kitchen and cook ware and home goods and prepared foods which are all really great.  But, one of my favorite things, which they have started back up again after pausing for Covid, is their cooking classes!  Most of the classes tie in to a cook book which you can buy along with the class.  The latest one I did with several friends was for the new Ina Garten cook book.  The store chef chooses several of the recipes and you watch them being demoed and then you get to eat!  Win/win/win! Several past ones focused on the instant pot and how to use it.  Other more recent classes focus on holiday baking, such as the free Thanksgiving cooking classes they had last Saturday and this past Saturday.  The chef/instructors are really knowledgeable and very friendly.  They are always happy to answer any questions.  And, did I mention that you get to sample everything they make?!  The store has said that will even put a class together for you if you can gather a group of six or more people to sign up. It is a lot of fun and a way to get comfortable with some of the great products you can find in the store. read more

Literally the worst customer service ever! The manager Rida has no knowledge on her job whatsoever. Misinformed me on the trade account and item i was purchasing. Had to come back for an item on different day just to find out that the item cant be used on the trade account. Even though the system clearly popping up the trade account discount. The knives section was cool, but since I am not doing any real cooking at my job, I would need any of these blades. The margarita with add soda instead of was nice, but sparkling water would have been better. The staff I met were cool and down to earth. The bathrooms needed a little clean up work, but all in all, good customer service. read more

I purchased one of their bakeware because I was looking for a nonstick pan. It is one of the Nordic Ware baking pans. I used it 1 time to bake some chocolate cakelets and it's is NOT a nonstick pan. Even after I oiled it, the mix stuck to the pan. I tried cleaning it with water and soap and the mix residuals do not come off. The salesperson said this was the best line of nonstick pans, but ot is defective and false advertisement by Williams and Sonoma. I called the store manager and she refused to an exchange. I called headquarters and they hung up on me after 15 minutes. I will n'ont be returning to the store nor purchasing any products from this company. They have the worst customer service. Please do your research before purchasing a product from Williams and Sonoma. read more

Not sure why the low reviews... First off, Williams-Sonoma never claimed to be Walmart...so get over the price. Second, WS is known for selling the best kitchen tools and food kits/premier ingredients, so yes, that would come with a higher price tag. Now we got that common sense issue settled, let's move on. The store is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I don't think I can express how genuine and nice the staff are...been here several times, and they're always accommodating and helpful! The store does a great job at hosting events. Everything from demos, to releasing of new products and tutorials. Their event coordinator does such a great job at getting a variety of events each month. My favorite one to this day was chef Jennifer Carroll from Spice Finch (Top Chef contestant). She was amazing, and that was such a well ran event! Only advice would to have events more like this...perhaps once a quarter or on a semi-annual basis? Otherwise, it's a clean store that's managed well with having inventory on hand, and a friendly staff that knows what they're talking about. Yes, it is pricier, but I think people on yelp! have forgotten that sometimes you pay for what you get. This is for WS: Thank you so much for having a smoothly ran business that has their items in stock. The employees are great to engage with - some of the best staff in the area! What can I say, when it comes to kitchen wares and bake goods along with special holiday editions, I'm a boozy gal. I absolutely love WIlliam Sonoma. All their kitchen ware is well made and last a very long time. I have a set of stainless measuring cups and spoons that I had forever, still looks brand new. :) We will not get into all the appliance I have from WS but I do absolutely love this store and will continue to visit the store. :) read more

The ladies here were very helpful in helping me determine the difference between 2 different models within the same line (Cusinart) of ice cream maker. They both took their time to explain what they both felt were the best choice I could make given my situation. It's certainly one of the smaller foot prints for a Williams- Sonoma store however it has all the necessities you would expect (pots/pans/cutlery/ an massive appliance wall with rice cookers to waffle makers and bread machines, some foods to prepare (packaged mixes for baked goods and ice cream starters, miscellaneous seasonings). I miss the clearance section though. read more

I have enjoyed checking out this Mosaic District location several times now. It's on the newer side, like most places in the Mosaic District, and pretty big. As with all their locations (at least I think so!), they offer one-day classes that look like they would be fun to try out. I was excited to see them beginning to put out their fall and Pumpkin offerings! I love anything pumpkin! One thing that I wish they would do differently is they sometimes leave out items without prices, including recently tiny bags with a small piece of gingerbread. It naturally looked like free samples. I knew they weren't because I specifically asked and was told they were for a fundraiser. But nothing indicated that was the case. So, I watched as a gentleman took one and ate it, and then received an embarrassing comment from a saleswoman. It was a cringeworthy moment. If the store/chain wants to have fundraisers that's great. But they need to communicate their intentions better. Embarrassing customers is never good policy. Plus they should put a price on their fundraising items. I, along with probably most of their customers, would most definitely buy gingerbread for a good cause! I'm sure I'll be back again soon to browse and eventually start getting ideas for holiday gifts! I find they have a lot of good stuff for the people in your life who have everything! :) read more

I was only here because my mother is obsessed with Harry Potter and demanded I get her the apron. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted cheerfully. And I must say, I was looking especially bummy - sweatpants, head wrap and a hoodie which is not on par for the area. No one even followed me around the store - as sometimes people are prone to do if you look bummy and happen to be SWB. Hell, we walked in around 40 mins to closing time so the fact that they weren't mean mugging was a win on that alone. I enjoyed a long convo about Harry with one associate. And the other, a sweet guy, attempted to help me buy black plates. (They were sold out but he searched so fervently!) I made out with the Gryffindor apron and a smile on my face from the excellent customer service. When in the Mosaic District, I will definitely be sure to pop in here. read more

This was my first time attempting to return something from Williams-Sonoma and I am beyond frustrated. I bought a food item that was a boxed bread making kit (literally just various powders) Nothing had been opened, even the plastic wrap had not been touched and it has been exactly 1 week since I had purchased it. When I tried to return it as I did not want to make the item anymore, I was told it is policy that food items cannot be returned even if they have not been opened. While I understand this is WS policy, it was kind of slimy that it was in small print buried in the middle of a paragraph on the receipt. I also think it was worth mentioning by the cashier at the point of purchase that food items cannot be returned. I will not be returning there as a customer as it is overpriced and the return policy is beyond ridiculous. read more

This Williams Sonoma has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would like to specifically call out Gina, one of the managers. She greeted me upon arrival and I told her what I was looking for. She spent time with me helping me pick out the perfect gift for a friends engagement party. My sister is also getting married and she helped us set up a registry and helped us pick out some things that she might've liked. With her help, we saved so much time and got everything done in one trip. Will visit this store in future for future purchases! read more

I'm still in disbelief! Went to WS Mosaic yesterday afternoon to pickup a few kitchen staples. We were immediately greeted by a store associate who was obviously very sick- evidenced by her incessant, wet cough. In an effort to avoid her, and because we know the layout of the store very well, we declined her assistance. She was standing at the front of the store, but you could hear her hacking all the way in the back. To make matters worse, she came by to "check on us." While still coughing and covering her mouth with her hands, she proceeded to pick up various items to show us. PURELY DISGUSTING!!! We quickly took our item to the cashier, leaving behind the things that we actually came in for (they had been contaminated by the sick associate). While we were in line, this sick woman is again hovering near customers coughing away into her hands. No stopping to wipe or sanitize her hands. She then has the audacity to try and wrap and bag our merchandise with her nasty, wet, contaminated hands! NO WAY! My husband immediately grabbed another bottle of olive oil, we demanded that another store associate ring up the charge, paid and immediately left. I cannot believe this woman was allowed to remain at work. This is a disgrace and a hazard to customer health. Will not be returning. read more

The store is beautiful and the location offers many higher end shops. However, my experience at this store was poor due to issues with their system. It took over 40 minutes to do a simple return. The checkout process was extremely slow. First I stood in line for what seemed like an eternity. Only two open registers on a busy holiday weekend! Then I finally get to one of two open registers and the system had issues processing the return. The cashier was a champ. Trying to deal with a messed up system and being provided little to no assistance by the other store workers. I waited for over 30 minutes while she was trying to figure this out. She ended up having to call customer service and the return was processed on their end. I realized then that the refunded amount was incorrect as it did not factor in taxes. However, the checkout line was so long at that point that I was told to follow up with customer service if the wrong amount was reflected on my credit card. Sure enough, the amount reflected on my credit card for the return is incorrect. Now I'm on the phone with customer service for over 50 minutes to get this resolved. This is completely unacceptable. read more

This was my first visit to this location and I was very disappointed. From the time I entered the store until I left about 15 minutes later I was not noticed by a single employee. I was not greeted, asked if I needed help or anything despite loitering near a display for about 10 minutes. There were 2 employees having a conversation nearby but they didn't even look my way. I wanted to purchase a kitchen appliance but instead went home and ordered it from Amazon. read more

Used to love this store but unfortunately they recently changed their store return policy. If you buy something and then find out it's defective you cannot get a refund because it is now considered "used". This puts the customer in a difficult position because you have to get a replacement of the exact same product or store credit. I am told that the policy was changed because the store is losing money on things like coffee machines. In this case it was a Breville, and I am unhappy with the quality of the machine (stopped working a week after purchase) and the return policy through Williams and Sonoma. Using the store credit I was able to purchase a different machine from the limited options at the store but was forced to spend more money that I originally wanted. Now I am just hoping this second machine works, because if it doesn't I will not be able to get a refund because they will consider the machine "used". I hope Breville is able to correct the problem with this machine because I have seen similar complaints about the product not working after a short period of time. Maybe this review will help make someone else aware before they make a purchase here. read more

The staff here is pretty pushy and will not leave your side even if you explicitly say you'd prefer to browse alone. They kept offering the WS credit card and repeatedly asked me for my name and email address before completing my purchase. And then when I had to return an item, it was the same deal "Oh, I hope you used your Williams Sonoma card for the purchase!" and then we had a bit of a standoff about me giving the sales associate my email address.
