This was the worst experience for our family and soccer. So disappointing I would never recommend anyone to go here and I will never bring my son back. From day one they kept messing up. Times for games would get changed without telling us, or games got cancelled and not made up. They didn't have enough players for my son's division so he played small kids one game and big kids the next. Every week he would look forward to playing and I would have to tell him his game was canceled again. He would be so disappointed. At least they compensated me for the fees I paid and the horrible experience we had. We will go out of our way to find another place next time he wants to play! We've been spending most Fridays nights for pick up games for my girls. Action for 2 hours straight! I like that it's co-ed, since I have daughters, this helps build their confidence on and off the field. It can get a little rough at times but the kids normally know when to chill out. I come here from out of town with my cousins pretty often to play pickups and every-time it is a bad experience. We never even get the full 2 hours and we pay around $15, and the quality of the balls are probably the worst part. Workers/management are lazy and Im convinced they do not care about their customers experience but rather the money... that's not what soccer is about. My family and I are never coming back. If the initial foul is a yellow card, the push made in the retaliation should also be a yellow card AT THE VERY LEAST. The ref should give warnings for retaliatory behavior AT THE VERY LEAST, to all players, INCLUDING and most importantly to employees that are representing the business. My husband swears he had an idea to open a business just like this. An open sports complex that serves food and beer, TV's with sports on, of course. Lots of room, upstairs seating for cool viewing options. This place has all of that. Good beer selection too, right now they have Corona, 805, and Modelo just to name a few of the trendy beers. My kids are coming here for football training, the organization is renting fields to use as its now December and pretty cold outside. They are doing a great job with safety measures and requiring masks and temperature checks upon entry. Looks like a cool place for a birthday party post pandemic! My daughter has been having her soccer practice here. This location is very easy to find, it's right off the freeway. They have a huge parking lot. When you walk in they take your temperature. You must wear a mask while inside the facility. They have a snack bar, lots of seating upstairs and downstairs. I've only seen one bathroom. I was told the snack bar is modified right now because of covid. They have a bunch of TV's with sports on. It's a pretty cool place. read more

Initially, we had a great time taking our son here for pick-up games on Friday evening. In fact, we liked it so much that we decided to buy the 10-pack card so that we could streamline the check-in process. And this is when things went south. We showed up recently to find that all the spots were filled up. It was a bummer, but we understood. We asked about calling or going online to secure a spot, but were blown off with a non-answer. The following week, we tried again, showing up over an hour before games start. Once again we were told that all spots were filled by 4pm. I explained that we had bought a 10-pack in advance, that we had called numerous times, and tried to use the website to check-in. I was told that the employees don't answer any phones until 4:30pm and that I should come at 4pm to get a spot. I asked how I was supposed to use the pack we bought because it wasn't feasible for us to drive to rancho from citrus heights twice. I simply got the cursory "I understand you're frustrated..." speech. I really want to like the place, but it seems as though they're unorganized, with no real effective way to get people checked in our notify families that they're booked up. Please be careful if you are a woman attending this arena. I have received multiple stories of women being assaulted at this arena. Each time management "investigated" the assault, and nothing was resolved. A few days ago, another woman was assaulted by a male who showed no regret or remorse. In fact, he stood over her while she was on the floor and told her "if you want to play like a man, I will treat you like a man" and he continued to use intimidation tactics against her. The owner and employees witnessed the assault, and kicked the woman out of the arena. The man who assaulted the woman, is a previous employee of the establishment and a close friend with the owners. The owners have a history of protecting their own male employees and no clear policies or process for these type of "investigations". I have nicely asked management for updates on the assault, unfortunately, management only views my multiple messages and did not look further into the assault. Many women have informed me they feel unsafe and afraid to go back to this arena. Awesome place to let the kids play indoor soccer. It is affordable and kids can wear their regular cleats if you don't have indoor soccer shoes. Our group had a blast. Parents enjoyed beer and fries as we watched our kids from above. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our group being on the same teams. There is an elevator for strollers or handicapped if you want to go upstairs but you will need an employee to operate it for you, which is a little inconvenient if you are in a hurry to get downstairs. Only real downside is it was really warm in the viewing area and when we asked if the AC could be turned down they said it did not work. I recommend not wasting time by coming here. Tried to play pickup at this establishment and it was completely unorganized. Came early to reserve pickup spot and was told to return at 7. Was not allowed in while smaller groups were allowed in. You would have a better time playing in the parking lot for free. Edit: Apparently management believes passively aggressively lying on the reviews is how they handle criticism. So here is a follow up to management. A "wait list" implies you are waiting for something. But alas we got nothing. If you were sold out already when I came over an hour early why was this not disclosed to me at that time? That is frankly just dumb. I would not have returned if you made that known. Planning ahead should not mean me befriending an employee to break the rules and get me in on the side (which happens a lot according to other reviews). The immature nature of whoever runs the google account is quite shocking. Your 95 players that enjoyed pickup tonight got scammed by you. Simple as that. The price is way to high for the service provided. I also would like to reference the 50 people who were denied access from your inability to structure this business correctly. I am sure they are not happy from the experience. This review was a reflection of the business with the goal of reaching management and inviting change. I come here every weekend for my sons youth league games. I can honestly say the best ref there is a young man named Diego. He calls things both ways and is a great communicator. When groups started to be called up we noticed that they completely skipped our group and gave the last spot to another group that got there way later than we did. They had the audacity to lie to our faces that they had called our group name 4 times when they didn't since we were standing in the front the whole time. Please do better. I highly advise avoiding a place with 30 employees that just run around like headless chicken. They tell us to show up early to buy tickets then put us first on the list. They have the audacity to start calling up people to buy tickets for pickups at 7:10 (pickups start at 7:00). They raised the prices and lowered the standards. We only got 3 of our 6 games, never had playoffs, yet Le Five game championship shirts to one of the other teams without there being playoffs or a championship game and wouldn't respond to any of my emails regarding the games we never got to play or a partial refund. Le Five has great soccer classes with Diego. My daughter plays on a very competitive team, and Diego always finds classes to challenge her. And the owner went above and beyond to help find a lost item on security cameras when it was misplaced by my mom. Went above and beyond. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT WOULD GIVE IT. I am a consistent customer and love to come play soccer here with my team (Sac State Men' Soccer). Nevertheless, Today I came in to play in the adult pickup on Fridays because the competition is always good and the tickets were sold out. However, If you come early enough you can actually put your name on the waitlist. The adult pickup doesn't start till 8:15pm and ends at 10:00pm. So me and my whole team came in waited at 6:30pm to put my name on the waitlist. I actually showed up with one of my friends right before, but he had a different team. Therefore me and him were 4th and 5th on the waiting list. So finally it was time to play and they were calling the waitlists names and finally they called my friends name. The problem came right after when they called another team that wasn't me. My friend immediately saw this and told me to press the manager. Look at this though, the cashier who was calling the names was Taylor Curtis and what a coincidence that the last team she called was her boyfriend. How do I know this, I trained with him on a summer team and he's actually a good friend of mine. Anyways, I went to confront the manager with GLASSES EDWARD OCAMPO And he had the audacity to tell me that he yelled my name when I was standing 5 feet away from him. I guarantee you I did not hear him call my name at all because HE DID NOT CALL IT!!!!! I then proceeded to ask why they didn't call my name and he kept saying he did which is not true and was lying straight to my face when everyone in the room KNEW HE WAS LYING. Nevertheless, I'm NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN unless they fire the manager who's name is Eddie the one who wears glasses and is 6'2. Honestly at this point I'm telling my team to go to west sac forever and I advise everyone to go to west sac until these two people get fired. I hate doing this, but I need to expose these type of people because there are people who get the same type of treatment who wait for hours and ultimately don't get in because they have favorites such as a boyfriend. Im absolutely baffled from this experience and the treatment I got today By these two people Taylor Curtis and the manager EDWARD OCAMPO and the Mexican chick who wrote my name wrong as HyMen and if you didn't know what a hymen is it's a very very insulting thing (Look it up). and she then said oh who cares it's okay.
