I love this place for my 4 year old, the teachers are very attentive and work well with the students. The facility is clean and in an easy location with lots of parking. I love how much exercise my little one gets here. We leave with pink cheeks and messy hair!

    So much talented kids

My 4 year old absolutely loves the kinder gym. She's a very physical, sensory seeking kid and this is perfect for her.

Anyone 12 months and up is $10, including adults (which, honestly, I'm just there to supervise, so it ought to be free for me to supervise right? smh. I did see kids there without supervision, their one parent was doing their own thing and letting their kids run amok. Just saying. Guess they didn't want to pay $10 per extra set of eyes; can't blame em) - ok, end rant. I do like that there are several different areas. They have designated arts and crafts section; a painting and coloring area, a make believe area whereas kids can play dress up, a toddler area for kids 0-2yrs, a sensory area, a large tabletop train area, a foam blocks area with a pretty cool large pin board, and the most fun was the airways area (though it can get pretty busy). Staff is nice but lacks behavioral management. There's plenty around, but no one is really managing parents managing their kids lol. Everything seems clean and picked up for the most part. They have designated times to come wash the paint off the window, which is nice. They also have designated arts and crafts time lead by staff members (my kids did a little water color painting of a flag since it was Memorial Day). The hours are a bit tough to work with for working parents and kids, but you make do with what you have. It's more of a fun indoor play area as oppose to a museum, I'd say. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean everything was. For an indoor play space, that really stood out. The layout is well thought out and there's a lot to keep kids entertained. The play structure is huge and even big enough for adults to climb in with the kids. The ninja course was a big hit and the Mario themed wall had kids lining up to try it. There are arcade games, small rides, and a separate toddler area that I really appreciated. The toddler section even has interactive screens where little ones can play games and draw, which kept the younger kids happy and busy. The staff were all fantastic. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and very organized. Hosting a kid's birthday party can feel overwhelming, but they helped everything run smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. They even handled the small details I forgot like filing the goodie bags and blowing up balloons. The party room was spacious and nicely set up, and the overall experience felt soo easy and well coordinated. HUGE thank you to the team at Peek-A-Boo Factory for helping make the celebration so fun. We'll definitely be back for open play!

Kids come in and the…read morefirst thing they see is the EXPENSIVE arcade games before they even get to see the play structures to get excited about. So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

The views are of the park, adjacent street, back of the zoo fencing, & a parking lot. You can enjoy areas of nature in the park. The ride is smooth & uneventful. You don't pass by anything specific to a train experience or go under or through anything. There is a loose, thin cloth that covers the wooden seat. Although there's signage that the conductor can assist with boarding if needed, I imagine accessibility issues for some. To get into the seats in the section we found available required having to climb over the edge into the car, which had no door. I'm petite & it wasn't the easiest with my legs. However, in other posted photos, it seems a few seats in the front of the train have cutouts to walk into to make boarding easier. It's a cute experience for little ones to enjoy.

The ride itself is the perfect length, long enough to feel like a real adventure but short enough to keep a little kid engaged the whole time. My son had a blast waving at everyone as we passed by, and honestly, I had just as much fun watching him light up with excitement. The staff was friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. It is clear they care about making it a great experience for families. The whole thing felt well organized, and we did not have to wait long to board. If you have young kids and are looking for something fun to do in Folsom, this is a solid choice. Simple, affordable, and a guaranteed way to make some great memories. We will definitely be back.

We went out to the hatchery early enough to get to scoop up some free fish food by the gate with available containers. It ran out while we were still there. It was a very cool experience to see the fish go into a feeding frenzy! Do keep the gate closed, which is posted on a sign. Some people weren't being attentive. Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.
