I pre ordered a bouquet for my grandma for Valentine's Day. It looked very close to the image showed online when I ordered which I appreciate. The bouquet was stunning, and the way they wrapped it was also beautiful. All the ladies working were really nice (and very busy). Pick up was quick and easy, my only reason it isn't a 5 star is because a few of the flowers looked just a little bit sad and now, only 3 days later, those few are very droopy and dying. For 100$+ arrangement I would like it to last a bit longer than just 3 days, but it was gorgeous and I would try another bouquet here again. read more

Picked up my online order today. Immediately upon entering the store, you'll smell the fresh eucalyptus. The walls are painted pink, which gives the front room a cute "shabby chic" look. Happy with the corsage, and overall experience. Will use again in the future. read more

I cannot say enough about this wonderful family owned and operated florist! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond customer service wise and the flowers were beyond beautiful. Kendra was amazing to deal with from the beginning of my order until after the delivery was made. She kept in touch with me through photos and text messages every step of the way and was just a phone call away if I had any questions or instructions. The flowers were delivered to my daughter for her birthday and they were spectacular! More beautiful than I could've ever imagined. I live out of the country and wanted to send me daughter a bouquet of flowers from her family for a special event I called and spoke to Ann who was super helpful, guided me to choose from their website while I was on the phone. She was super patient with me as I was trying to pick one...as they were all so beautiful. I finally decided, paid via credit card over phone and she advised I would be text a photo of the arrangement when completed and guaranteed delivery before 2:30pm. She also provide me ability to text the message for the card which was great since I didn't have anything really written down yet to provide over the phone. The whole process went smoothly, the flowers were delivered 3 hours before the deadline to get to her before a special event, the bouquet looks just as beautiful if not better than the one on the site. I will absolutely order again from Le Fleur IV for delivery to my daughter in Costa Mesa! I am so grateful for the excellent costumer service and quality and beauty the bouquet. Wow wow wow: this flower shop delivered in every way possible! Texted them early this morning to inquire about getting something made for my boss after we found out her father passed away. This store was local enough to Newport (her home), but also had great reviews here so I decided to give them a shot! They worked with our budget, and sent a picture before sending it off for delivery. All I have to say is: WOW! They're gorgeous. My favorite florist in Orange County. My only complaint is that I wish they delivered everywhere because I would use them for everything . I have always gotten what I ordered plus more, worth every penny. The communication is great, I love receiving a photo update of the flowers before they are delivered and then notified as soon as they have been delivered. I must say I have never seen a more beautiful arrangement and the shocking thing is that after a full week it's still just as beautiful even though it is predominantly roses. I wanted to send special flowers to my Godmother for her 80th birthday, but did not know of any florists in her area. I didn't want to send FTD flowers, I needed something amazing. Enter Le Fleur IV! They created a gorgeous arrangement and did it on short notice, too! The flower box arrangement was filled with gorgeous blooms in shades of lavender, pink, and a touch of blue. I've ordered the bouquet as a rush order (ordered at 9pm and picked up next day at 11am) but they made it ready on time and did amazing arrangement! It has been really hard for me to find this cute flower arrangement in near of my neighbor but I am really happy now that I can finally have a bouquet I've really admired. This is my first time buying flowers from Le Fleur VI and I must say I wish I had worked with them sooner. I had the best flower purchasing experience from them with the help of Nancy and she is the best florist in the industry with impeccable customer service. She was very informative and helpful with fulfilling my needs. Their website is clean simple and with many varieties of bouquets and flower types to choose from. There is atleast a couple of styles for every occasion. I do not regret driving from Claremont to them to pick up flowers. I ordered a corsage/boutonniere set for my son's prom. The set was $75 + tax, and I would have been ok with that price point if the finished product was nice. Both the corsage and boutonniere had "scrawny", wilted roses in them. The corsage had 5 roses in it, but they were so small, the corsage was only 3" in diameter. I asked why they looked so small and said I wasn't real happy with how they looked. The young woman just said "we made it this morning" and she sprayed water on the flowers. I said, wetting them isn't changing the fact that these arrangements aren't done well. She refused to fix them or do anything except spray water on them (which she did twice!) I walked out carrying ugly flowers that I was honestly embarrassed to have my son give his date. And they were expensive! They also have you pay when you order NOT when you pick up. That should've been a red flag. I had no recourse really because I had paid for these crappy things several days earlier when I'd ordered them. Do NOT pick this florist, there are too many others to choose from out there. read more

Could not recommend more. Found Le Fleur IV on yelp. We knew what colors we wanted and found the right display. We text and said they could accommodate all our requests . They updated us when the arrangement was complete and delivered. It came out better than we could have asked, so beautiful and fresh. Ordered one day in advance for my mom's birthday and wasn't sure what to get. The lady texted me and showed me the arrangement that she made the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Look at the back of the flowers that I ordered,they charge me $700 and they send me a flowers like this!I ordered this flowers for my grandma funeral and they totally tricked me, they embarrassed me, this flowers is only beautiful from one side and on the description they didn't mention it at all,this is my first and last time I'm working with this not honest company! A friend sent me flowers from this shop after I told her I was injured. These are the most beautiful, fresh, interesting and well arranged flowers I think I have ever received. A whole different experience than a typical arrangement from say Amazon or other generic flower vendors. These are special- wedding quality, above and beyond your everyday bunch. And the black and white striped paper and black ribbon added a French boutique touch. I love them! read more

The flower shop is located in a small parking lot not too far away from Harbor Boulevard. This flower shop had so many beautiful fresh flowers. There were some arrangements that were already put together, but you can just grab flowers that you want to put together for a custom bouquet. The workers there are so nice with helping to design a perfect bouquet for you and the prices for such quality flowers are worth it.
