After about a week or so I went to use one of the two and when I removed the cap the plastic top was as broken off making it not useable. I figured I would use the other and exchange the broken one as soon as I was back in the area. I brought it back to the store to exchange and make an additional purchase. The young lady there asked me if I broke it with her many questions (did you drop it, did you drop my bag with the product inside it, how long ago did you buy it, are you sure it is broken...etc). This item clearly has a tag from this store and I showed her the broken part. I didn't ask for a return only an exchange for the same product in working condition even though I should have asked for a return but I was thinking an exchange would be fair even though in reality it's not fair to purchase a broken product and have to waste my time and money coming back to make it right. Finally she called someone else to see if they could exchange this and this lady said they could only exchange if it was clogged. I guess clogged overrides a broken item. It seems like common sense that a clogged bottle can be run under warm/hot water to be unclogged and the broken one can't be used at all. This makes me wonder how many times do people bring back clogged mousse purchases and if so, these products must be VERY old as I've never had a problem with mousse clogging. Hairspray, yes. Mousse, never. And I've had plenty of mousse products for years too long and they still never clogged. Any product that is purchased broken and not useable should be on the top of the exchange list if you expect to have repeat customers. This should be the best reason to exchange a product especially if you can clearly see it is broken and never used. I politely explained that this was not good for business and to let their manager or whoever is in charge know that this mistake on the stores part is costing them a lot more in the long run by losing repeat customers. The ladies then said, well it's been a really long time since you bought this and we only exchange the first 14 days. Clearly this went right over their heads. It seems they might be penalized in some form or fashion to not understand the simplest fix or really just don't care. Either way, don't waste your money here.

It is a adult novelty store catering primarily to gay men. They do have leather attire for when you want to "leather up" at certain nights at the bars. The selection is quite good and Steve proceeded to buy a fair amount of items that he liked. Personally I don't see how one would be enthused to wear leather in the Texas heat but people do it. I went more with the breathable fabric option and got a couple of fun and naughty t shirts to sport around on certain nights up in Seattle. It did generate some conversation our new clothing items as they aren't obtainable or just different with the shops here in Seattle and that is always fun to show off your purchases after a big trip. Sir Rat has other locations in Texas. I believe the other one is in San Antonio and though you can't access all of their inventory as you do the physical stores they do indeed have a website where you can purchase items and have them mailed to you.

None of them interacted on the chat or answered my questions. I tried two more times and was disconnected both times. I also called the Customer Service and get this. The gentleman that barely spoke English wanted me to just pay for the broken candle and offered to exchange it for a different scent because didn't have this one in stock (and it happened to me before) and charge me for the new candle. How does that make any sense? I don't think I'll ever purchase from Bath and body Works again.
