They turn out fine most of the time, but I experience redness from the pressure they put on with the thread and constantly working on the same spot. It's a hit-or-miss place and it always hit when my favorite threader worked on me but now it's literally a gamble between hit or miss when I get thrown to the first available lady. I hired Kiki plus 2 additional make up artists to do the make up for my six bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom and myself (the bride), totaling 9 people in need of make up services. My parents and I had committed to our guests that all guests at our wedding, including all of our vendors, would be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 24 hours of the wedding. This was non issue for every single vendor, except Kiki. The Monday before my wedding (which was on that Saturday), I requested proof of vaccination or a negative covid test from my hair stylists, all of whom immediately complied and said they would be more than happy to make everyone comfortable. Kiki responded saying she does not give out the vaccine status of herself and her employees. She said she could mention the request to them but could not demand it of them. In that same message, she did offer to return my deposit back as well. She also referenced the COVID 19 protocols her team follows such as sanitizing, etc, but that was not enough for my parents and I to be comfortable. 5 days before my wedding, I had to cancel Kiki's services because of this uncertainty and scramble to replace three make up artists. It ultimately worked out for me because I was able to find 3 other artists all of whom were willing to provide proof of vax/negative test, but I don't wish this stress on anyone else.
