I requested stiletto nails medium length and a simple polish. After requesting the tech reshape my nails due to them being thick and bulky he became rude and abrupt with the drill subsequently burning/cutting almost all of my nail beds. I left prior to allowing him to continue to do damage. I will NEVER return to this location.
