I've generally found their estheticians to be friendly and quick (which is what you want when it comes to waxing!) I saw Mitzy this week and she was a sweetie. (My only complaint, and this is from my HB visits in general, is that I sometimes have a fair amount of breakage which can lead to ingrown hairs.
