I'm very disappointed in the experience I had with getting my nails done. It started out with the technician taking of my previous dip with acetone and putting my hands in these hand warmers that led to burns and extreme sensitivity around my nails and finger tips. I felt all of my fingers burn instantly and it made the rest of the time super painful because of that. He didn't fully take off the dip that I previously had on and my new dip set is extremely, extremely thick. The buffing wasn't good, him shaping my nails didn't turn out good either. They're all different lengths and shapes. The whole process was done differently than I've ever seen for dip, and the way it turned out is not what anyone should have to pay for. With this being a 5 star only company, I definitely thought I'd be paying for what everyone else experienced. Maybe it was a one off, maybe he was new at doing nails. But either way, I'm not going back. read more

Last update: The manager Tracy was so kind and polite when I emailed her my concerns. She asked me to come in so she could see what was wrong and fix the problem. She scheduled me an appointment and when I arrived, I was seen promptly. Every single one of the employees are nice and professional. Even with this snafu, I would come back. Mainly because of how professional they handled the situation. Let me start by saying, the facility was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and the lead technician communicated very effectively. The problem was the final result of my nails. I got the dip powder. It took two hours to get my nails done and they weren't rushed; there were two other clients besides myself. She didn't know the steps properly. The lead tech had to tell her. I'm all for people learning their trade; at the same time, I feel you should be competent and confident in the process to do a decent job. She left dried powder under my nails, even though I asked her to clear it. There are dips in a few of my nails from uneven grinding/sanding/filing. And one nail, she touched to see if it was dry, and it left a mark. When she was doing the coats, she wasn't even putting on a full coat of the gel. I'm not satisfied at all. I tried to be polite and ask her when she was doing it to fix it. I was trying to be patient, and kept thinking maybe tshe would fix it and it would look alright. However, I feel like she didn't know what she was doing and the end result is very shoddy work. I'm kind of upset because getting my nails done is a treat for me. And I feel like I just wasted $35. read more

Staff here are great! Very friendly and welcoming. Plus, the place is not dirty! It's best to call ahead to make an appointment but they welcome walk-ins as well. The nail techs are great at any design you want to try out. They never turn it down, and they take their time to get the look and shape right. My friend and I were in town and wanted to get manicures together for fun- both shellac. At first I was mildly entertained by their color selection, had less cats eye colors than I had hoped but whatever, I picked colors I liked and she picked one she liked too. I had at least two ladies comment on my nails- they WERE long, natural, and strong. I thought nothing of it, I get manicures like once a month. The lady starts drilling off polish, cool, then she is drilling my nail bed and my nail... I think nothing of it, hadn't had this happen but, they're the professionals not me. Painted my nails, cool. We leave somewhat impressed, my nails did look beautiful. Within about 10 minutes I realized how flimsy my nails had become but we didn't immediately go back because we had things to attend to. That night, putting my phone in my pocket one of my nails broke in two places (on the nail bed/skin) owwww. We go back in the morning & explain the lady adds a couple layers of gel to my other nails but dip to the one that's already broken saying that'll help make stronger and I have to be careful because I have long nails.... I work with horses and I've never had to be careful, my nails are healthy and strong and putting my phone in my pocket should not cause pain.... It's 3 days later and I have two more nails breaking on the nail bed that will be very painful- the additional gel only helped temporarily. I'm going to have to cut them down low and keep them cut extremely low for probably the next 4-5 months so the nails on the nail bed grow out. I'm fucking pissed. read more
