I went on a Friday afternoon around 4 and they were super busy! Taking this as a good sign, I got on the list for them to take off my dip nail polish and give me a full set. Because they were busy, I had to wait a bit for them to get to me, but they made good use of the time I had to wait for a free tech to soak off my old polish. They checked on me regularly and were excellent at communicating! When it was my turn, they did an amazing job with my nails, giving me one of the best acrylic sets I've ever had. The person who did my nails didn't rush and took the time to make sure he did a good job. I am thrilled with the quality and sturdiness of his work and will definitely be going back. read more

coming off all my my thumbnail has cracked in the middle and split and then all happened within like four hours. The two guys that did our pedicures harassed us relentlessly about getting gel polish until we finally got it to shut them up. They barely scrubbed/filed our feet, didn't do any cuticle care, ignored us about trimming toenails and did such a terrible job with the gel polish that it fell off on a few nails after 2 days. We only came to this salon because a friend picked it. They got the second star because they did re apply the polish when we came back. They still did a terrible job then because it came off again. Mine held up better than my daughters. They were friendly and not rude when we came back. I think both of the guys need to be re-educated about how to give pedicures and applying gel polish. If they did that, I would give them another chance. read more

After horrible service I called to tell them my complaints that included, rude service, unsanitary practices for a pedicure (no gloves), cutting into the nails bed to point of blood, over 4 hours of wait and service, not doing the paid for service, being left at the chair for the tech to take a smoke break, and charging over 100 dollars for a basic pedicure and dip manicure, the manager said nothing but "K. you're out of town, i can't fix it now." It was outrageous. I am from the Chicagoland area, and I would never pay anywhere close to this for a good mani pedi, let alone something as poorly done as this mani and pedi. read more

This was probably the BEST pedicure I have ever received! The nail tech was very patient, gentle and thorough. I have trouble with an ingrown toe nail and many techs are too rough when trimming my nails. He was very gentle and did a amazing job! My daughter also received an excellent pedicure with no problems. We will definitely be back! Prices were excellent as well. read more

Nails taken off because of a fungus due to unsanitary tools when getting my acrylics put on. When they took my nails off, several layers of my natural nail also came off as well. Needless to say I will be searching for a new salon as soon as my nails grow out and get a break from the trauma they've encountered. read more

They made me BLEED on just about every one of my fingers, they made my nails crooked, messed my cuticles up, they put way too much acrylic powder and made it way too thick, they didn't cover my whole nails with the acrylic and now theres a big gap between the acrylic and my cuticle, my nails look bumpy, they didnt paint them good at all, and theres acrylic all over my fingers. also i asked for an "m" and a date on my nails and they didn't even try to do good. these were supposed to be my homecoming nails and they messed them up!!! ruined my whole night! not to mention the guy that first started doing my nails was rough asf with them and hurt me! and then he just leaves me in the chair bc he had to go somewhere?after that the boss took over my nails and she didn't even try. dont waste your time or your money at this awful place. a 5 year old could have done better. read more

My daughter and I wanted to treat ourselves to a pedicure and some acrylic nails. Her for prom, me for vacation. I called and asked how much a full set of nails and pedicure would be. They said $30 for each per person. So $120 total. I asked them how much extra it is to get a design and they said they would have to look and see. When I got there they didn't give me a price, even when asked, but my daughter was so excited I just went ahead and did it. They didn't seat us together for our pedis. They did her pedicure while I waited. Then did my nails and she was almost done with her nails when they seated me for my pedicure. Her design wasn't that elaborate and I just had the white tips. They looked pretty, so I let it go. When I went to pay it was $160!! Today I called and asked how much for a fill in. Lady told me $22. Then said something else. Then she told me it would be $25 to $35 depending on if I had gel nails. I don't. Just regular acrylic. She said it was an extra $5 for French tip. I went in and they looked at my nails and told me it would be $45. This place doesn't seem to know what's going on. I won't be back. It's a shame. They do good work, but you feel like you're being ripped off. read more

I used to love this place, but recently it's gone down hill on customer service. I came in for toe nails, and a full set on my nails. I'll be leaving with nothing and heading to another nail salon. They let me sit in water for 40 mins because not one person in the salon would do my nails without latex gloves. Which I am extremely allergic too. I've never had an issue here with them accommodating my allergy. The lady then tried to make me feel bad for not allowing her associates to use gloves because the nail polish remover burns their hand. Get poly gloves. My allergy is not uncommon! read more

I went there to get my nails done. The older guy that works there did a horrible job. He half cut my nails down leaving them showing under the new nails. You couldn't talk to him because he was too busy talking and laughing on his phone with someone. I would not recommend him to anyone to have their nails done. read more

I got a gel manicure and it turned out great! It cost $30. My tech was awesome. They are very thorough but take their time. That's the only reason I'm rating them 4 stars because my gel manicure took around 45 mins when other places usually only take 20-25 minutes. I would definitely go back. read more

Sloppy manicure job. I got a manicure and gel polish for $30. Polish is on my skin, it's patchy on the actual nail, and I had to re-do my cuticles when I got home because they missed most of the dead skin. Hand massage at end was weak. read more
