We went there today to have my 4 years old daughter's ears pierced. She has been asking me to…read morepierce them since she turned 2, and I finally caved. I knew I wanted to get her pierced at a professional place, with a needle, and not at the mall with a 16 year old and a gun. I called ahead and spoke to Travis, who was very nice on the phone. He told me that he pierced his own daughters' ears when they were around the same age as my daughter and that made me feel very comfortable. We arrived and Travis was even sweeter in person, he was very gentle with my daughter and told her what he was doing as he was doing it, (cleaning her ears, etc.) I was very satisfied with the whole process, and will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to have a piercing done.

They tell you exactly what to use to keep it clean and healthy and for how long to do it. If any thing happens (like I developed an abscess under my skin and piercing after 5 months) they will be happy to take a look at it (at no additional charge) and tell you exactly what's happening. Speaking of charge - the price was great! It was only $35 to be professionally pierced - I thought it would be closer to $100. I recommend 100% and would never go anywhere else!

She escorted my friend and I into a piercing room and said she would be right back she was finishing up another client in another room. No problem! We're sitting and waiting and the owner comes in (didn't know it was the owner at first) she came into the room and was very fast paced and was very straight forward. She explained the aftercare. I had told her I was nervous and I'm an anxious person. She told me very passive aggressively that she's the owner of 2 shops and she's been doing this a really long time and that she does tongue piercings almost up to 5-10 a day. She was very more of hey I'm experienced you have nothing to worry about. She had continued to explain what she was going to do but really did not ease my anxiety she was all over the place. When she had placed the clamp on my tongue and was about to go through with the piercing. She did ask me to take in a deep breath or anything was just going to do it. At that time, I had initially was trying to grab my friends hand on the side and when I accidentally touched her she freaked out and said that I'm absolutely not going to touch her as I just compromised her safety. It was a complete accident. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted the piercing or not and that she had another client waiting in the other room. As she had no time to be empathetic and reassure me that it's okay and it's super fast and be gentle. It was giving no customer service just wanting to make money and be done. I don't care if you have a lobby full of people you should treat people the way you would want to be treated. I truly believe her daughter was so sweet and caring and soft spoken. The owner really didn't give me a good vibe and I get some people have off days but for the first time being in that shop for a piercing I disagree with the way she handled it. A lot of my friends and family go to this shop for tattoos and have always had a great experience. Also if you back out of a piercing it's a $20 sitting fee. Perfectly fine but should stated on the website!

I am SO HAPPY that I went to Tara at Gott Inked in Evansville for my tattoo cover up/fix up/add on…read more I had a previous tattoo done in Michigan that was not done well at ALL. Tara took that tattoo and made it into something beautiful. She hand drew the design and it looks flawless. Tara clearly knows her stuff and is the best artist I've ever been to. Her tattoo shop is spotless and her equipment is high end. I have never gotten a tattoo and felt so little pain! It was the best experience I've had in my 15+ years of getting various tattoos at various places. The tattoo turned out absolutely perfect and I will continue to go back to Gott Inked for any future tattoos or piercings. I 100% recommend Tara and her business.
