very terrible experience. wish I could give zero stars. first i came in around 2:30 to get a pedicure they asked me to book for nails, but i was not interested as i have an amazing nail tech who is way more professional, no one mentioned it being "cheaper". My nail tech was unable to do my nails that day so i returned to eve to get my nails done as a last resort. when i arrived the second time it was 6pm and they close at 7pm so it was not after hours. Amy even told me i was the last person they were accepting before close and even if i would have came later she would have stayed for me because she had previously did my pedicure and i was going out of town. i never once told her i asked for a refund on hair AND lashes. As she was starting my nails I explained to her i got my hair braided days prior and didn't like it so i took it out and asked for a partial refund on the hair i NO LONGER HAD IN AFTER 1 DAY and as you all saw at your salon my hair was not braided. I told her who does my lashes and Amy had some nasty things to say about her so i wouldn't be surprised if she tried to spice the story up by saying i asked for a refund for both. Amy didn't even try with my nails she was extremely rude, she couldn't even help me find a BASICE NUDE color id be happy with so once she got snappy with me and told me "i can go look myself" i showed her a image on my phone asking if there was anything similar to that color and she snaps at me once again and says "that's the same color i put on you and you didn't like it" her making me feel very uncomfortable i said we could try the color again. she did one coat on one finger and two on another, after they cured under the UV i'm looking at them and before i can even say anything she just says in the ugliest tone "WeLl I CaN TeLl YoU dOn'T LoVe ThEm" and i proceeded to tell her it was just a little grey looking and she proceeded to get very upset and say "we can't do this, if you wanna get all white like your toes we can do that or you can show me something else" i proceeded to show her some french tips and she again in the ugliest tone goes "THATS THE SAME PROBLEM WE CANT DO THAT EITHER YOU DON'T LIKE ANY OF THE BASES". Between me not wanting all white nails, her not continuing to help me but make me feel very uncomfortable, and it was NOW 7pm closing time i told her "i don't know what i want to do and you guys are about to close so i guess ill just go" she then proceed to say "well let me call my boss to see how much to charge you because i don't work here enough" how professional since "the price is posted". In the beginning, I was told the price of the full set i was wanting was $85 and i was more than fine paying that. she also made me very uncomfortable by continually asking me "are you sure because that's expensive" I don't know what she was trying to hint at with her comments but $85 isn't a issue. I was told the price for my FULL set and that is what i wanted to do, so when your "nail technician" gets irritated and decides that ME the PAYING customer is gonna get all white or something else because she can't satisfy my needs you guys should have took them off free of charge and let me leave. the only reason i was even going to leave with the half way "done" nails is because it was now approaching the hours of closing and she was being very hostile. but after being intimidated by Amy to pay to remove the nails she continued with the rude, disgusting and unprofessional comments. saying things like "I already knew this was gonna happen" "you were gonna come get your nails done and say you were unhappy and ask for a refund" so with her being so unprofessional and rude not only to me but in front of other customers i told her i wasn't gonna allow her to remove these the way she was taking to me and i was just going to leave. So I and brought my mom back and Any wanted to flip a whole new switch, at that point she was more than happy to give me my money for the service i didn't let her provide on me due to her nasty attitude and comments. Next time save us both the hassle and get some respect people in your business who want to work! even a friend of mine who was there previously to me that day had some comments to say about how Amy was using profanity while working on customers and how unprofessional the environment was. You all talk about prices posted but it's never accurate you guys literally have to ask each other to figure out a price nothing about the place gives stability and I won't be returning! not even for a pedicure read more
