This was the first place I ever had a quality vegan macaron. The staff and owner were always exceptionally friendly. It was great to see the Coral Gables location expand from a tiny cafe to the expanded restaurant over the years as well. I've been there several times and always find the croissants to be delightful. The nocciola and dulce de leche are my favorites, but the plain option is great as well. To me the plain croissants are the truest expression of a French bakery.
