My favorite breakfast place in Cincinnati hands down! I've been to a lot of breakfast places, franchises, mom and pops, but this location beats them all. It comes very close to Original Pancake House in Montgomery, but Le Peep edges over the top. It is a franchise, but it's owned and run by a family. The father/son team really rocks this place in terms of business, and the music they play in their restaurant. Found out that it's the Mommas and Poppas station that they keep tuned in. What really keeps me coming back is the consistency of the service, and the flavor of the food. After eating at this location for nearly two years now, I can't say that I have had a bad experience with the service, or the food. The menu has something for everyone. If you're in the mood for a straight up eggs and bacon breakfast, they have that. If you want Eggs Benedict, they have like 5 versions of that. My particular favorite is the Homestead breakfast because their sausage gravy and biscuits are delicious. The Farmer's Benedict is a close second. They even have "Pancakes of the Month." A full juice bar awaits that can serve you up tasty mimosas or Bloody Mary's to take that morning edge off. The bartenders can also be seen working hard whipping up mochas and frappes as well. Word of advice, get here early if you're coming on the weekend; like before ten. Le Peep gets packed on the weekends, and it's a little on the smaller side, so the wait times can push up to 45 minutes plus. Or better yet use Yelp to reserve a place in line ahead of time. If you like the food, and the service, I would also recommend buying a yearly coupon book. I believe they are $30, but there are tons of "buy one get one" coupons that will save you way more than $30 if you use them in the year. We try to go once a week, because we have a tradition of eating out with friends/family for breakfast. read more

Food is average breakfast fare and very overpriced. Wait times are mismanaged through website terribly. Management very slow to react to customer service and long wait times. Will not return. There are many places where the food's better price is more reasonable and management treats customers like they want them to be there. read more

Visited the Loveland location today with my family. I joined the waitlist, which was very helpful since the restaurant was packed. I had made sure I asked about a high chair when I checked in. When our name was called, all of the high chairs were taken. This was pretty frustrating, but we did get one eventually. I have had the food before, and it has always been consistent, as was the case today. What was more upsetting was the experience. We waited about 45 minutes for eggs, pancakes and potatoes.. which honestly takes very little time to cook. Apparently, one of the cooks called off abruptly and they were behind. It would have been nice to know this prior to ordering since we had a 2 year old with us. Eventually we did get our food and it was good, no complaints. read more

I called in a to go order, arrived a half hour later and they didn't even my order period! Not that it wasn't ready, but no order for me at all. The owner told me that he had no answer for me. Asked my name and that was it. Didn't even ask me what my order was to see if maybe they had the wrong name down. Just asked me if I wanted to place my order. Umm no. I'm not waiting 25 minutes after I just drove 15 minutes and I have a hungry family at home. The owner acted like I was the inconvenience and was kind of a pompous jerk who talked to his staff like they were garbage and way beneath him. No wonder they have issues because they probably don't wanna work for him to begin with. I don't recommend going here, especially for a to-go order. read more

Meh. I've been eating at Le Peep since I was a kid (they have locations in Colorado as well). Overall, I think the quality at Le Peep has gone down every where. I had the Salmon Benedict. The hollandaise was tasty but was broken and oily. The English muffin was not toasted -- it was warmed. Not a big deal until I was down to the last few bites and it melted into a soggy mess. The salmon, though, was very tender and tasty. Hubby had the chicken fried steak, which he enjoyed. My son had the Funny Face pancake -- he ate nearly all of it. Honestly, probably the most he ate our entire trip. The service was quick and friendly. They kept an eye on us and kept the refills coming. read more

I went here today for the first time. My friend ordered the salmon Benedict and her kids got the chocolate chip pancakes. I ordered the Benedict crepes and coffee. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food came and the pancakes looked delicious and fluffy. My friend enjoyed her salmon. My crepes were very greasy and not really edible so I ate the potatoes and mediocre garlic toast that came with them because I was hungry. When the waitress came to bring the bill she noticed that I had barely touched my crepes and asked if I wanted a box. I pointed out that they were swimming in a pool of grease. She quickly took them off my bill and apologized. Then as we were leaving the manager approached and offered to make me something else to go. He insisted on taking a discount off my friend's bill as well. What could have been a bad experience was completely negated by the excellent customer service.I will definitely give this place another try, but I will order something other than the crepes next time. read more

I really liked their food. One of the best omelets I've had in awhile. You get quality ingredients and a decent amount of food. Prices are a little on the high end so don't come here if you are short on cash looking for a cheap breakfast. atmosphere is open but can be a little cramped, especially when they are busy...which they are almost always busy. They do offer outdoor seating when the weather cooperates. Updating my previous review. I said that Le Peep was fine but nothing special originally. So I moved about a month ago and le peep is now the closest breakfast place for me. I originally kind of resisted going back and would opt to drive further to first watch. But the past two days I had a buddy in town and ended up going to le peep yesterday morning because it didn't have a wait and first watch did. It was so much better than I remembered it being. The server was great. The food was incredible. It was so good in fact that we went back this morning. Our server Patricia was fantastic!! I will definitely be back. read more

I really enjoyed this little out of the way- for me- breakfast place. It is a nice alternative to First watch. Service is better, the food is more interesting and seems fresher as well. The inside is not all that interesting to me, but I really recommend stopping in on a nice day so you can eat outside.
