This has to be the slowest Potbelly I've ever been to. They have a sign in the restaurant that says they want to get you through the line in 8 minutes. I went there over my lunch break, so I expected there to be a little bit of a wait. In 10 minutes 2 people got their food, and I still had 11 people in front of me. Not sure how anyone had the time for that. I have no idea why this Potbelly takes so long to get people through the line, but I had to go elsewhere because I had to get back to work. read more

Unlike any other fast casual sandwich shop in the best ways possible. First of all the ingredients are clearly very fresh and all high quality, exceptionally in the meats and cheeses. The bread is also more unique and not a typical bland boring white sandwich roll. It has more texture and they toast it to perfection. All of their signature sandwich options are great, with some more unique than you might find elsewhere. Also, don't sleep on their cookies. They're big, chewy, freshly baked, and maybe even still warm if you get there at the right time. So good. read more

Came in tonight and no employees to be found. Some others came in for Door Dash and still no workers. (There was one sitting on the ground out by the dumpster!) Finally one of the Door Dashers went knocked on the "Sandwich Makers Only" door and they came out. Then, the sandwiches hadn't even been made for the orders. There were probably 5-6 orders. So, we waited. While waiting one of the workers removed the trash bags from the cans and never replaced them so there was no where to put our trash. And some of the tables hadn't been wiped down and those that had had been wiped with a dirty cloth. The chili was sweet, to me, so not my preference. Ugh. Oh well. Now we know.... read more

Average run of the mill sandwich shop. Nothing special. Most sandwiches are $8. There's on upcharge everything. When you buy a Turkey club, it's not just $8 you've got to pay an upcharge for the bacon which you would think it's included in the total price since a club includes bacon. Some veggies are included, some are additional. You are unable to see the sandwich being made. It's wrapped, bagged and you're off. It is fast paced. They have a sirloin sub now which I didn't see on the menu walking in the door. I got the wreck, thinking it would be a huge messy sandwich. It was a nice neatly wrapped sandwich. There's a fountain standard drink machine and soup, chili, chips, cookies and other snacks to purchase. read more

I really enjoy Potbelly Sandwich Shop! There is one nearby my office in Louisville that I frequent for lunch. So, this past weekend as we were traveling through Ohio and needing a quick easy stop for lunch, Potbelly seemed like a fine choice. This location was completely empty when we visited. It's a large space, larger than the Louisville location I visit often, and there were three people working (that I saw). Our orders were taken immediately, and we had our food, hot and fresh, within minutes. Everything was delicious, as always. The restaurant appeared clean, and one of the workers was cleaning the entire time we were there. So, I would say they keep this place in good shape. If you're looking for a spot to grab a quick bite, this location of Potbelly is a good one! read more

Great tasting toasted sandwiches made fast, a clean looking restaurant with plenty of seating. When you walk in you can continue to the counter and pick a sandwich from the menu. Looking at the menu, I knew I would be asked for toppings to put on the sandwich and this is where the last and fifth start was not earned. I was looking around at all of the boards on the wall for what toppings are available. There is a board for sandwiches, a board explaining sizes, a board for drinks and they are not all next to each other. The cashier wasn't really of much help either. As I moved down the line where the prepared sandwich comes out of the toaster, there was finally a listing of available toppings. All this said, just a little confusing ordering process for me during my first visit. But the Roast Beef satisfied my craving adding Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Hot Peppers, Oil & Italian Seasoning. read more

It's always a fast turn around and chips o plenty with a great drink case and other sides if you want. I always recommend their hot peppers! They are so flavorful and spicy! Second time I've ordered on app, had money taken out of my bank account, and then been called by the store and told they were closing early and I couldn't get my family's order and would have to wait 3 days minimum for a refund. You need to CLOSE DOWN online ordering if you're not actually accepting orders. Last time it took over a week to actually get my money back. We'll see this time if it's as much a train wreck. What a wonderful sandwich shop! I've been here twice now and why did I not come back sooner? Both times I ordered the Italian sandwich with mayo, lettuce, onion, light oil, vinegar, oregano on a multi-grain bun! The taste was savory and the smell was delicious. I also got a broccoli and cheddar bowl of soup. It was very hot, fresh and tasted great. There are other food items as well that I did not order that I may try next time. They have salads, chips, drinks including ice tea and several deserts including cookies and shakes. I believe I saw ice cream bars! I learned that they deliver and will cater! There is a drive thru as well if you need to take it out. This location is immediately off the I-71 exit 19 northbound. When you walk into the store there are a variety of different seating arrangements. I saw seats next to a library of books that you might want to read while you eat. I saw normal wooden tables with 4 chair setup in the middle. And, there were several rounds tables next to the large windows on the left. I think this would be a great place to take your wife, a date or go with you co-workers for a lunch time discussions. read more

Hey, I usually have a great meal served up with a smile when I go to a Potbelly Sandwich shop. Today's visit was a little underwhelming...overall I was disappointed :( Now, let me give credit where it's due: my Chicken Salad Salad was really delicious. My friend also loved the mac & cheese. He chose the bacon & roasted red pepper toppings. Absolutely yum! Even with these upsides, Potbelly is a sandwich shop & we paid for a pretty bad one today. Ordered the Pizza sandwich. They left off the meatballs. If you take a look at my photos, you will see a cup of things that come nowhere close to looking like meatballs. Burnt little pieces of 'what-the-heck'! They didn't taste like meatballs either. The other downside of this visit was the joylessness of the employees. What is going on at this location?? I like Potbelly & I will go back but it will probably be a different location...and no more of those meatballs! read more

I ordered a salad thru the drive through and asked to change the cheese from blue cheese to provolone. Instead, I received a salad with no cheese. Additionally the lettuce was BROWN and WILTED. The chicken had zero flavor. I tried to call the restaurant to give them the feedback so they could swap out the lettuce for future customers and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I will never go back and will never order catering from there either. Totally grossed out by the lettuce. read more

Great lunch today at this new spot. My rating is relative to the overall value and experience. So while I may give a pricy casual dining place a 4 that has better food, i give this spot a 5 for the price/ value and quality of experience. I've eaten at the one at Midway airport and another location in Chicago. The Menu has selection of many sandwiches, soups and salads. Today I had the Italian on flatbread with peppers and all the added selections - very tasty! I added a side cup of chili which was great. They also have bottled drinks like Snapple teas if you want something other than a fountain soda. Very tasty lunch, people were great explaining the process. You might spend a few bucks more than a typical sub shop, but you gain in both quality and surroundings. Would select this place for a quick informal business lunch or meeting the wife or friends for lunch. Enjoyed the guy playing the guitar and singing, I Was not expecting that. I love Potbelly's. It is right across from my office, so convenient. I also like that you have the ability to make healthy food choices without sacrificing flavor. I love the Mediterranean thin without chicken. It is great - hummus, feta, roasted red peppers, cucumber, and I add lettuce. I also love the Mediterranean salad, add avocado with the potbelly dressing. I had the tomato soup recently, it was delicious. Potbelly's is a great lunch choice anytime. Solid late night meal while on a road trip. The original size isn't a huge sub which many sub shops put out. It by itself was a nice right sized quick meal. Good flavor combos. Not a ton of meat but well balanced with everything else on the sandwich. read more

I'm not coming back. I tried Potbelly for the first time today just to give them a shot. I was very disappointed. I got the Avo Turkey sandwich and it had absolutely no flavor. They forgot to add the Mayo I requested and then gave me unsweetened tea instead of Dr Pepper. Imagine taking a sip of what you'd expect to be a nice fizzy Dr Pepper then getting a nasty unsweetened tea. It is dreadful haha. I went back through the drive thru to get it corrected and made a little joke just to lighten the mood, but the black girl who came to the window didn't apologize or smile. She handed me a Dr Pepper, but it was completely flat! I didn't even want to complain about the missing Mayo at that point so I just left disappointed. The broccoli cheddar soup wasn't good either-the broccoli was completely mushy in the soup. Certainly not worth $14 for a bland sandwich, mushy soup, and a flat soda. From now on I'll just stick with DiBella's sandwiches down the street. read more

Sandwiches, milk shakes, and cookies, what more could you want? It's fast and it tastes great. They have four different sandwich sizes to choose from: big, original, flat, and skinny. I like the skinny because it's less meat, cheese, and bread but it's still enough to fill you up. Their shakes are incredible; the Oreo is my favorite. They also have a variety of sides that I haven't tried yet since I usually just go with a bag of chips. My absolute favorite thing at Potbelly is the cookies. Sometimes I go through the drive-thru just to grab one! The chocolate brownie cookie is so delectable, you'll definitely need some milk to go with it! I love Potbelly and I will definitely be back soon! read more
