There is always so much to see here and during December, the feel of the holidays/season is in full display. I wanted to buy one since my really old one at home decided not to bloom this year! If you need Christmas or holiday spirit and live close by, you should visit! It's a beautiful place.

Not only do we go to them during the holidays but rely on them throughout the year when we need additional plants and trees for our backyard. We first started using Whitfill back in the early 2000's when they were on 40th street south of Roeser. We literally lived across the street from their nursery and when they moved to their current spot on Southern we followed! We have decades of photos with our boys standing next to the tree they choose for Christmas and the tradition continues now with our Sphynx cats! They used to have a peacock walking around but unfortunately he is no longer there. They are pet friendly and we are comfortable taking our cats there in the stroller. Not only are their prices and tree selections the best in town but their customer service and knowledge of anything tree related is vast! They know what they are doing and don't try to upsell or get you to buy unnecessary items. They are the real deal!

The day before they called and asked if we could pick up 2 hours before our scheduled time to accommodate their schedule. I moved things around to make this happen. Drove an hour and half round trip to get the tree... arrive and they say they gave my tree to someone else sorry. Come back next season or get a refund. Wow unbelievable. I called and no one picked to get a refund. Will you refund my gas driving all the way there too? Such a bad experience i would not recommend this place
