I very rarely put reviews but unfortunately this time I will and not a good one. I decided to do my highlights at this salon which was very close to where I moved recently. I have a very good light base and only once in my life before I had a bad experience with blond highlights. Anyway Maria is a nice person and took her time but the results was really bad. Instead of being light blond like usual, my hair were gray. On the moment I had a serious doubt and asked her if my hair were grey but she convinced me that no so I paid my bill ( by the way $320 plus a $60 tip in cash ) so it was pretty expensive. Next day after , after 3 people asking me why my hair was gray, I decided to return. Maria made a new toner at no charge but finally my hair were darker than when I first step in this salon, dull and just plain terrible. So a week later , I had to redo completely my highlights plus toner at another location that luckily made me light blond again. Bottom line, I will not at all recommend this place if you want blond highlights. Terrible! read more

Love this salon! I just moved back from Cali and I'm always worried about anyone doing anything to my hair because it's on the brassy side- but Evgeni did an amazing job at making me spring ready! It was a timely process and the staff and clientele all seemed very nice and happy while I waited for my hair to finish. The shampoo was relaxing and the products they used smelled wonderful and didn't leave my hair feeling heavy or filmy like some hair products do. Great place! I got a haircut there last week, I called at the last minute and Gilles was able to squeeze me in. I really appreciated that because I work a lot, I'm always busy and it's hard to find a hairdresser that will accommodate to MY schedule but at Le Salon they'll do that for you! There's tons of parking in front so no need to worry about that! I had an appointment for a haircut. When I arrived at the salon it was closed. I reviewed my email confirmation thinking I had confused the date and time. I called the number to try to figure out what has happened and no one answered. It was quite disappointing since I had not been able to get a haircut for many months and traveled to your shop. It is not just a haircut, it is about the style and image you come out of the saloon, how easy you are able to maintain the haircut. Gilles works magic on my hair, he studies it, understands where the opportunities are and explains to you exactly what he will do and what he pictures for your hair. I go in and I don't even have to say anything, I fully trust on his work and know that I will always get an outstanding haircut. He makes art out of the haircut and that's why I trust him. I've been coming here for about 4 years and hands down it is the BEST pedicure I have ever received. I always ask for Clovis, but when he is not available I have Marta or Denise give me a pedicure. I've also come here a few times for an eyebrow wax and Denise does a great job with that as well. The salon is always impeccably clean and everyone is so friendly. Lana did my nails (manicure and pedicure). $50 for gel mani and $50 for regular pedi. She worked really heard so 5 stars for effort. Result was "average" or below just "fair" or Elsa thank expected. Gel nails had streaks. I asked for a newer gel polish and she said The problem was not in the nail polish but my nail bed. I disagreed but went along Becuase I was running short on time. Gel polish seems old and there was very little of it in the bottle. I won't be returning. read more

They treat and service their clients with such disrespect.The front desk mixes up appts, is rude, treats you horribly. I did try to have a conversation with the owner but he doesn't care. After two phone calls and no response I would say he is not interested in his clients feedback., My last visit my stylist had my hair washed and I was soaking wet and then told someone I never met and was not of the same skill set was going to cut my hair. I have been cutting my hair with Maria for years and finally decided to change up my VIRGIN HAIR. She listened to what I wanted and explained and answered any questions I might of had (like the 2 questions I asked every 5 minutes) she was very patient and professional. I have long dark brown hair and wanted a natural looking balayage with just a shade or two lighter. It came out AMAZING and I would recommend her work to anyone. Unprofessional. A wash is the most enjoyable part of getting your hair done but at the Le salon it turns to be a NIGHTMARE. My husband has the same issue there. You need to use both hands with cotton and towels in you ears water fill up your ears, your back and each time I have to deal with water in my ears for days. I never had this experience with any other salon getting my hair done every month. I live in NY and Miami and I never needed to use my both hands with cotton and towels while they wash my hair. May 1st I went for haircut, color, highlight/ombre, my son had haircut too. My hair was color free, highlight free. My stylist Le Salon Paris sees fit to me name Fira (Firuze). I showed her several pictures how I want my hair look, I showed my own old pictures, talked good amount on it, because it is important. Pic 1 what I wanted, pic 2 how it ended. I said it is nice color, but far from what I wanted. She said it is the same, your hair is different. More than 6 hours we were there, after the blow dry it looked fine, I am easygoing, she was speaking so slum, we were hungry, accepted not what I want but it is ok nice color, paid $487. At home I realized the patches after ponytailed in front of my hair, under my hair. On Monday I washed my hair, it was a ball of elastic, I couldn't wash it even. 20 years I was in dark to blonde hair process, never experinced my hair so terribly melted, matted severely due to over bleaching or what else. I was so sad. On Mon night I couldn't sleep between sadness and anger. On Tue morning I called the salon, explained nicely, manager Christina quickly arranged appointment on Wed for treatment/correction. I told them please I don't want Fira correct my hair, someone knows what she/he is doing, she can watch, learn her mistakes. On Wed again Fira met me. She was trying to be nice ?! you liked that day, why you called the salon, which part you didn't like, it looks good for me, no your hair is not burned. I said wet my hair, see how it is, she didn't let, said first we will do mask -quickly, sloppy she added 6 packages on top of my hair, missed again the under layers, did mask for the rest. Like the first visit she brought me gloss toner samples to discuss which one I want again. I never understood why she is asking me, I am telling her I am showing you so many pictures how I want, I can't choose the color from sample catalog, you should know which color will work on my hair for how I want. She still asked which one do you want, do you want this or this or what about these two?? Then she showed me pictures on Redken Instagram account, asking me choose which one you want. I am still saying I already have my own pictures, why I am still choosing?? She showed me pic 3, she said she will do it. It ended up pic 4. I said are you kidding me, it looks worse than before, so matte, grayish, more damaged; she said I used the same what it says there -she does you hair from instagram page. She asked me to add some golden, I thought it will be some shades, it ended up pic 5-6. I was really done that time, I couldn't believe, I was saying are you kidding me and trying to get my stuffs to leave the salon, she forced me to correct the top of my red hair, again another toner gloss. It ended up pic 7. For other stylists it was looking good too. I left the salon. Manager Christina called me 5 min later, I said I will talk to the owner. She said she will be here tomorrow, she will call you. They didn't call me. Now I have orange, sponge like, elastic, rotten hair. I am using bandana. I got consultation from another salon for my hair, it is severely damaged. I don't know what she was speaking in Russian constantly with other stylists on top of my head evaluating my hair -which is also very rude, instead of being honest and correct the mistakes, they are trying to dump conditioner on my hair, they are trying to cover each other and they do gas lighting with your hair looks good like I am problem, yeah I am happy 6+4 hours 2 visits spending in hair salon with my kid to watch and pay how better my hair can be ruined. Btw I added my son's pictures too. Fira cut his hair during our first visit. Pic 8 how we came; I asked her just correct, use thinning, keep the shape. It was so choppy, I wasn't sure, face timed my husband and then told Fira 4-5 parts to correct, my son sat on the chair again, it ended up Pic 9. I had to say Oooh summer hair, I loved it next to my son to make him feel good with his haircut. She is unbelievable!! What you want not important, be stupid and obey to Fira and Le Salon Paris. If you don't like what she did, she chops your hair or color you orange or damage your hair more, then they altogether laugh behind you, tease at you. After orange she told me that is all I can do for you!! My first review on online platform, signed up yelp for sharing negligence of Le Salon Paris. They used us as Guinea pig!! I don't want another woman, kid experince what we experienced. I found this place believing the pictures they shared here, ignored the one stars. I think I don't need to say more, you got it. read more
