Today was a real win for me! I wanted to try this new place because the last place I went to was a disappointment. I got a Luxury pedicure which was very good and relaxing. I also got my dip redone. It was only my second time getting the dip, but the first time was so thick and ugly I was hesitant. I ended up LOVING my nails... they are natural by the way but on a total stroke of luck, I found Ben who I thought did the most amazing pedi ever when I got to Jacksonville four years ago in a completely different location. One of the most refined looking nail spas in the Fleming Island area. I was offered a drink as soon as I was sat. I received a full acrylic set which usually takes about an hour to and an hour and a half, this place took about two hours but my artist took his time making everything even and clean looking. Pricing seems to be about the same as most other places in the area, I was worried that the chic looking decor meant higher pricing. Overall very happy with my experience. Excellent service! The staff accommodated me as a walk in and gave me the relaxation I was looking for.

I was so happy to find a super clean & efficient Spa! I took my girlfriend as a "pampering day" surprise & got my feet done as well. Now every since then I go once a month without her most of the time . This place is very welcoming. If you make an appointment at a time ahead there, should be no issue with them sitting you down at the time you requested. Jenny is my main, she is the bomb to me! My feet most certainly aren't the prettiest but she is always sure to get them to the best they can be. The equipment they use (their chairs) are great. But my favorite aspect of the salon is how clean they are in everything they do. Highly recommend but I would say this place is starting to get a lot of buzz so make your appointments! Pros: Clean, appointment service, state of the art equipment, friendly service. Cons: Over scheduling is possible. Been here a couple of times already with my friends- they do such an amazing job! We are all so impressed. John did my nails today- wow- he takes so much pride on his job, my nails look fabulous. My friends were all so happy with their nails too. They got gel nail polish and I got the Dip powder. The place is beautiful inside and super clean and elegant. This place is clean, service is decent. One woman did my nails and kept cutting my cuticles and hurt me multiple times after I told her she was hurting me. She did the exact same thing to my mom. I left bleeding and in pain. The woman was also in a poor mood and she kept getting acrylic on my fingers. I had to pick acrylic off of my fingers once I left. This place was clean quiet and peaceful. I got my nails done a few days ago and they look amazing. (I got acrylics) they have good shape and are pretty. My only issue is the fact that the lady who painted them failed at the second coat. She wouldn't cover the whole nail so now I have visible layers of the polish. It also took an hour and a half to have a full set done. This man took 55 minutes to file them....WHAT. I recommend only if you have half a day to waste. Oh and btw they are all Korean so it's hard to understand them and they get mad when you ask them to repeat what they said. read more

The first time I came I loved my nails they looked amazing and technician took time to make them nice and trimmed cuticles . This time was not a good experience. I had glue all over my skin and cuticles and fingers. My cuticles were dry and cracked and the bail dip wasn't even applied clear and glossy. This place is clean , good quality and great staff but I stopped going because I just can't deal with the child that resides there screaming when he's mad , sad , or upset. Typical kid stuff. I get it I have one but I don't want to visit a nice clean and quiet salon to relax and have almost every visit the child screaming or being loud. This is a reoccurrence so I stopped going and so has half of Fleming. It pains me cause it's in my opinion the nicest but I just can't get past the screaming kid. If they had the grandma who takes care of the child do this at home that would be ideal. What kid wants to sit in a salon all day ? Great place but I won't be back until that's fixed. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is extremely unfortunate because I've been coming here almost every weekend for about a year and never had any issues, in fact it's been my favorite spot for a pedicure on the Island since I first visited. Today I made 5 PM appointments for my husband and I to her pedicures. We showed up a little early and they were busy so I expected we may not get started until five. 515 rolls around and they finally start my pedicure but leave my husband sitting while they start pedicures for other customers who showed up after us. Whether or not they had appointments I don't know but as a business you should be properly staffed to handle your appointments as well as walkins if you're going to take them at the same time as your appointments. My husband was fed up at 20 or so after 5 and got up to leave (we asked several times for someone to explain what was going on and why they were not starting his pedicure as we wanted to do them together) not one person apologized or offered any explanation. The owner sat across from us and looked up multiple times but still failed to offer any sort of apology or ask what was going on. It's time to find a new pedicure spot on the island. read more

‼PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS SPA‼ Very clean place. My first two visits here I had a good experience. Very friendly and nails were done perfectly. My third visit I just had was a complete 180. I brought my friend with me this time as i bragged to her about how much i enjoyed this place. As we sat down for our pedicures everything was going fine until Calvin sat down to ATTEMPT my nails. As he was filing my toes my friend and I were talking and having a good conversation when i felt him cut me. As a reaction i twitched and said ouch. Calvin then rolled his eyes and shook his head. Then continued to look up at me and tell me that I'm moving way to much at to "Calm Down". Confused i said, "huh", he then once more aggressively told me to calm down. At that time my friend and I were confused and shocked as to the services that followed. I then relaxed and sat back to just watch. As I'm noticing him butch my toes he then once again dug way to hard and cut me once more. This time made me bleed, which cause me to flinch once more. After my foot twitched Calvin started to huff and puff while rolling his eyes and shaking his. At this point i was completely taken back and shocked that he was acting the way he was. I asked him to please just stop and to not finish. Throughout the whole time i kept my cool and was talking to him calmly. He then got up aggressively grabbed his stuff and stormed to the back. Not once did anyone come up and asked is everything was okay or if there was anything they could do to fix the situation. I'm never one to complain about bad experiences but this i felt was something that i would definitely want to know about. read more

Owners don't have Customer Service in mind at all. Make appointments then have to wait 30+ minutes each time.....

I made an appointment for 3 pedicures and a fill in. Somehow when we arrive they don't have the fill in appointment and did not want to accommodate us. The very next walk in they took with no issues. I don't want to believe this was about race but more of what they did not want to do. In the end they did not do the services requested, my over all opinion is they are rude and unprofessional. I use to love this place. Very disappointed. Receptionist needs to ensure the proper appointments are made. The staff needs to not talk amongst themselves and laugh at patrons in their foreign language that is RUDE! read more
