I got my nails done, one of them did not dry completely so the design was gone. I went back to get it repaired and the little short man at the front desk wanted to chastise me for them not doing their job correctly. The tech did a nice design, touched it and said I was good. When getting it repaired they are going back and forth and I asked if they were talking about me and he said YES. I should have made sure they were dry. He did the repair but it did not match the other nail and wanted to give me attitude. Fast forward to today because this happened yesterday, 12/8 that same nail is doing the same thing but not as bad. The polish was so thick that it did not dry all the way through. Mr. Short man at the desk you do not have to worry about me coming back because your customer service SUCKS!!! read more

Been here several times and have had mixed experiences. Today, I am sitting in the chair and one of the employees start taking a video of the shop with unknowing customers in it . Then she starts to take pictures of people. When she turned to me I ask her to not take my picture and asked why was she taking video and pictures of people? Her response was I will stop. I told her to not do it again and that she needs to get permission first. Don't feel comfortable here. I will not be returning. read more

I was just serviced 03/09/24 For my nails the service was great..i forgot the name of the person who did my nails, but he was great! he did the exact length & design I wanted. he was a bit younger to, will def request him next time. Karen is the person who did my pedicure, she did not scrub my feet very well.. stills feel kinda hard/tough. when scrubbing my feet w sponge, I have 2 bruises on the inside of my feet where my arch is showing where she scrubbed extremely hard on my skin NOT my feet causing it to bleed during the time of service. she sprayed alcohol & rubbed the area causing it to sting. I feel as though my service could have been better for my pedicure. the wine during service was great! I'm a loyal customer here but this pedi service was not itttt for me. I have been using this nail salon for the past year or so. I switched nail techs, because my favorite guy began to use drugs and it began to affect the quality of my service. I then started using Eric, who was my favorite, until he tried to charge me $10 to repair a nail... not to mention I had just got my nails done the week before, and one of the nails began to lift. So if you go here, just prepare to be robbed. Their prices are constantly changing to a ridiculous amount. You can get the same service every time you go there, but the price is always gonna be a different amount and through the roof. read more

Confirmed! This is the best nail salon hands down. I went back a 2nd time, this time taking my mother with me. We were greeted and seated promptly. My mother has a hard time getting around and they were very accommodating and allowed her to stay in the pedicure chair until I was finished instead of having her move. Great nail color selection and they pay great attention to detail. An added bonus is that they keep track of your visits and have a points/rewards system. read more

She wanted a short set and the lady, Diana to be exact, wouldn't cut it any shorter for her. When it came to having to pay, my set was also short so the price is $30. I'm totally fine with that, but what got me was my sister's set was $35. That completely wasn't right because they tried to argue that her set was longer.. Her set isn't longer at all. I have come to this place for months now. There are a couple really talented nail artists are not here, but the rest do poor quality nails. I don't believe it's worth the price. The last time I was here the girl messed up on the gel by putting some other powder on my nails. This caused the nail to look thick and bulky. Instead of taking the nail off she just kept covering it up with gel polish. I will not be back based on how they handled the situation of me not being happy with my nails. Tina told me I could come back the next day for them to fix it but when I came back a curly headed lady with glasses told me I would have to pay more money after paying $60 + tip for some nails I hated the day prior. They really need to get some professional training and black folks please stop giving your money to these ppl who do not care about us! read more

Worst pedicure ever. Came for my moms birthday and we both wanted the spa pedicure. Basically all we got was a color change! The ladies doing our pedicures only completed half the service. I did not receive a foot scrub, a leg massage, oil, or lotion. When I communicated that only half the service was completed, they basically called me a liar saying their team member stated she completed everything. She told me she would do the massage after my polish dried, but she put on her coat and left!! When I told her team members she did not complete the entire service, they said they SAW her. Meanwhile, I'm standing in the salon with ashy legs and feet because the service was half done! They also told me she completed the massage, she just did it so soft that I could not feel it. I was satisfied with my service UNTIL I was basically accused of lying about only getting half of my service completed. My nails are really cute but unfortunately I cannot support this business. read more

I would not recommend this location to anyone the customer service sucks and the owner over charge my daughter for her nails she kept pressuring her for a service but little did we know she was adding charges for every little thing which we have never paid that much at other salons she had to wait to be serviced about 20 minutes before they even started her pedicure I left out of there paying over $100 I would never return and they never can give you a straight honest price for anything I don't recommend this place to anyone !
