First visit was for a pedicure and it was pretty good. Sent my daughter and friend there a few weeks later and they received horrible pedicures. They were rushed and the gel started chipping off. She decided to return with another friend a month later for gel manicures. They weren't so rushed but by that evening the gel was chipping off their nails. I wouldn't recommend gel polish here because it's clearly not worth the extra cost. read more

They do a great job on pedicures and nails. I get gel manicures and they are gentle and leave your hands looking polished and shiny.

Never coming here again. They did my complete pedicure & fingernails (acrylic fill with gel polish) both while I was sitting in the pedicure chair. They put a pillow on my lap with a towel over it to do my fingernails on. I couldn't see my feet without lifting the pillow. I couldn't relax and read the book I brought. A young man offered me a bottle of water & bag of chips. I was only able to take 2 drinks of the water and I couldn't open the bag much less eat the chips. After the woman doing my pedicure showed me their list of different pedicures I could choose from, I made a selection then she tried to sell me the next expensive pedicure TWICE! She disagreed with MY CHOICE! Then when I said I wanted regular polish not gel polish on my toes she said Gel was better for me. Ugh! I got regular polish on my toes as I always do. I had to ask her to make the cold pedicure water warmer 3 times. Then as she was worked on each foot she said almost in a singing tone "Dry!" that's why you should get the other pedicure." Totally insulting me TWO TIMES! Then the woman doing my fingernails turned the massage chair off because my hands moved too much when she was polishing my nails. This cut my massage short. To dry my nails, she sat the nail dryer on the pillow which was on my lap. Ugh! Very uncomfortable! Very unprofessional! She turned the massage chair back on when she was done with the polishing. The woman doing the pedicure took the cushions separating my toes off while my toenails were still wet and told me to be careful. I said "my last two toes turn inward on both feet and the polish is going to get messed up. I can't sit here and hold my toes apart. You need to put the cushions back on" so she put them back between my last two toes. I asked the woman doing my fingernails " Are your nail tables all full today?" she didn't answer me...like she didn't hear me?? The nail tables were on the other side of the room divided by a wall so I couldn't see them. This isn't a major thing but.. I didn't like that the pedicure chairs are on both sides of the room so you are facing another customer. A very pregnant woman came in to get both fingernails and pedicure done. She sat across the room from me and she was getting the same crummy service I got. She looked very uncomfortable. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON IN AUBURN. I was too kind and tipped both ladies but for the first time ever... I really didn't want to tip. My nails all turned out nice but the experience was BAD! I was in and out in 1 hour. Way too quick. Most salons it takes 1.5 hours or more and it's a very relaxing, enjoyable time being a bit pampered. That wasn't the way it was here. It was obviously all about getting me in and out as quick as possible. NEVER GOING BACK TO LE STAR AGAIN! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT. Ugh! read more

I really hate to be that person but I cannot give them a good review. They completely botched my nails. I showed them an inspiration photo and the end result looked nothing like it. I wanted oval French tips. And they were oval French tips, but they were super tall and puffy. Some were lifting and others were way too far down, and they hurt. They filed my nails way too thin. I wish I took a picture of them but they were so terrible I cried after getting them done and didn't want anyone to see. The people working there are super nice, so that one star is for them. But they aren't the greatest at doing nails. read more

Hands down the best nail salon experience I've had in auburn, I was looking to take my mom somewhere to get pedicures and manicures to make up for Mother's Day, and I saw a review saying I won't regret coming here... let me tell ya I do not regret at all. Lee was amazing and took an extra 30 min+ to make a personalized color for me out of multiple different powders, he took the time after every stage to make sure I was okay with the color shape and everything. Even had a complimentary mimosa and snacks, they just opened a few weeks ago and I've never been more impressed I will be coming back. Right now they're doing 20% off all services for the first 2 months of being open. I'd say even if your hesitant just stop in and say hi they have the most friendly staff! read more
