They could not fix a chipped gel polish nail. I got my nails done else where and had a chipped nail. They would not just remove the gel and reapply a new coat since I did not get the original set with them. I was not expecting a free repair I was willing to pay but they would not even try to just reapply the get polish since my set did not come from their salon originally. Went to a nearby salon in had no issue just fixing my polish for $5. read more

Came for an eyebrow wax since my usual place was busy. Was a Saturday afternoon and not many people were inside. The girl who did my wax seemed to be in a rush to get me in and out. I guess cause I didn't come for nail service..... She pulled way too hard on the strips. I also have irritation still two days later from it. Never had this problem anywhere else. Update: they have double charged my card, so i dropped my star rating until that's fixed. The second charge is pending but wasn't there yesterday. My nails are also chipping and it hasn't even been a full week. I've been to the salon about three times now, but the experience I had Saturday was weird. The young women who did my nails wasn't the best, didn't cap the nails, didn't clean up the cuticles well, left dust in my nails and I left with gel polish on my skin, but she said she has only been there for 3 months. My nails look like they are already a week grown out, when it's only been two days. However, she talked, a lot. Which usually I don't mind but it was a little annoying. She asked a lot of personal questions, made comments about my hair needing to be toned, just gave me a weird vibe. I probably won't be back, the first time I went was decent but $45 for a gel manicure that isn't the best isn't worth it. read more

Kim is by far my favorite ever nail artist. I have been getting my nails done with her and ONLY her for about a year and a half. She is funny, kind, and quick. On top of that, her nail designs are beautiful and you cannot beat her prices. Any photo reference I bring in, she absolutely slays it. Mrs. Kim is an icon and will forever be my favorite nail tech. I can always send her a text to set up my appointment which is comfortable and convenient for me. Anytime I have a nail chip or break off, she fixes it free of charge. I once had a set that kept breaking on vacation and she gave me a full refund after I expressed I was upset. Her prices are also the best I have ever gotten with full set acrylics and refills. We had a horrible nail experience at a salon down the street and had to get them fixed the same day. Our daughter had a full set of acrylics put on. The first salon did a horrific job. We walked to LeTique and Ryan began working on her nails right away. Within 45 minutes, he had then shaped, polished and looking amazing! We will be back!! read more

Little things like Amy putting on my flip flops accidentally hit my little toe. It probably did nothing to it or something small but she completely redid it without saying anything! Me and mom came here and weren't really impressed. We had to wait awhile to be helped even though we had appointments. We got the lavender pedicure but everything they used smelled like peppermint so not really sure why it was called the lavender pedicure. I went inside to get my nails done. They apparently only had one nail technician that was busy with someone else, even though there was one other lady working there who was completely free. There was no other customer at the nail salon besides me and the woman who was already getting her nails done. I asked them when they will be available to do my nails. They told me that they will not be available at all.This was a very odd thing since it was only 11 am. They were very rude and did not even give me a time that I could come in to get my nails done. They completely dismissed me and said they could not do my nails at all. I have gotten a manicure done with them before and my nail color came off within a week. My nails also started chipping within the same week, which has never happened before with any other nail salon I have been to. I still decided to give them a second chance but by the way I was treated I will not be returning nor recommending anyone. read more

My daughters and I came here as walk in clients. We were greeted by a very pleasant nail tech, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She asked if we were willing to wait, and I said yes, no problem. So we spent the wait time picking out colours. Then, this nail tech came from the pedicure area to the desk, and gave us a really ugly look (like ewww what are you doing here). I ignored it and continued picking out colours. As she was making her way back to the pedicure area, she did it again! My daughter then asked if the lady was giving us those looks because we were not welcome there. I got up, told the nice nail tech we would be coming back later so as not to cause a stir and walked out. We will NEVER return, but somehow I have a feeling they wouldn't care either way. read more

Terrible! I've gone here a couple times trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves...that did NOT happen. Awful service, be prepared to wait and not be told you'll be waiting for up to an hour. Went in for a pedi, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT, and was told to pick a color and sit in a chair. Sat for 30 minutes with no water, then got water and waited another 15 minutes. At this point my mother was still waiting as well. I ended up waiting for 30 min after my pedi for my mom to get done. Told her what I wanted, got a price, then right before she painted my nails, she upped the price. I said never mind and she rushed through the rest of my pedi doing a terrible paint job. Bad attitude as well. I've also gotten my eyebrows done here and they rushed through it taking most of my brow off with them and leaving a terrible shape behind. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If you do decide to go here, DONT ask for NHI. She is a liar, rude and unprofessional. She will try and rob you blind. read more
