The Scent: The essential oils were high-quality and smelled fabulous. The Enhancements: I opted for the CBD add-on and pain-relieving oils--well worth the extra cost for the added relaxation. Pro-Tip: Choose Your Appointment Wisely One thing to note when booking: there are two options--one that includes a facility tour and one that is mostly self-guided. My Mistake: I chose the self-guided option. Since it had been a while since my last visit, I found myself a bit lost navigating the locker rooms and amenities. Next time, I'll definitely sign up for the guided tour to get my bearings! They have everything you need in there from tooth brushes, tooth paste, mouth wash, cotton swabs, face toilettes, etc. My favorite surprise was the ice cold face towels for after a session in the dry sauna. I received the hot stone massage and nourish glow treatment and was absolutely blown away. I wish I could remember the name of my masseuse, but I know he's on my account. I will be requesting him every time! That was the best massage of my life and I certainly was glowing! I was not expecting the skilled massage because in luxury hotels, the spa treatment tends to focus on the experience more than anything, so to have a luxurious experience and therapeutic massage made this my favorite spa experience thus far. They have an area next to the gift shop that offers food and snacks. This was closed by the time I was finished with my appointment because it was later in the day, but I was shocked to see this offered. They offer a discount to locals on certain days of the week as well!
