Cindy's is awesome. I had to get a pedicure last minute and I felt terrible walking in 30 till close. I called before hand and they told me to come in and when I walked in they remembered me from the phone. I forgot the nice lady who did my toes but she took her time, it never felt rushed. UPDATE!!! Ms Cindy reached out to me so that they could make it right, and they sure did! We removed the gel X and went for acrylics instead since that is much more of their strength. My nails look great and I'm definitely happy with the new results! Usually I really have had good experiences with Cindy's. Went last Sunday and got a gel x manicure. Loved the shape & color! Unfortunately less than 24 hours later a nail fell off. Went back Monday and they replaced it. Tuesday another nail fell off!!! I haven't had a chance to go back but by Friday I am missing 3 nails and have already had one fixed. $60 for a manicure that didn't even last a few days? Super disappointed read more

I was recommended to go here by a friend. I saw a review on Yelp of some rainbow pride nails that Kevin did and loved them, so I figured I'd give it a try. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted and offered a beverage. It wasn't too busy when I arrived (around 1:30pm on a Thursday), but got busier while I was there. I showed them the photo for reference and they were able to get a manicurist who felt confident in doing the style. Even though Kevin was out, Tommy did an INCREDIBLE job! Tommy was very communicative and made sure he had the colors I wanted and the design figured out. He was meticulous! He took his time making sure each nail was a good shape and that the polish looked perfect. When it came to the rainbow designs, he was flawless. Would definitely recommend Tommy for anyone looking for detail-oriented service. To cap it off, the price was unbeatable. Ms. Cindy, keep up the good work! Edit: Cindy reached out to me after posting offering for my nails to be redone at no cost, but I literally can't trust them and never want to step foot in there again. 0 stars if I could. 1st visit: Told me and my friend they could take us. We come in, we wait 30 minutes. They seat us together. Instead of doing both of our nails, my friend sits there for an hour while he does my nails and only after I'm done does hers. My polish was black but turned BLUE in sunlight. 2nd visit: This woman pushed down on my nails so hard, my skin tore. She filed my nail way too much on one side (making it uneven), but continued to file after I said OW multiple times. When it started to bleed and I had to sternly say to please stop filing, she just put nail glue on it. It was the most PAINFUL and SLOPPIEST manicure I've EVER received. This time, I went for a shade of red by OPI aptly named Coca Cola - because who doesn't want their nails to match their beverage preferences, am I right? And let's talk about the service - they are as attentive as a nosy neighbor, but in a good way. The prices are reasonable, and they even beverages for you. I had a diet coke with my mani, pedi - because balance, right? ( next time maybe I will have a glass of wine or champagne. I LOVE this place! but I just had the worst experience with an esthetician named Nancy. First of all I had a picture of what I wanted (and it was up and facing her the whole time). I asked her not to cut my nails and she did. She picked a color based off of the picture and it was completely wrong (like the picture was pink and she brought back orange). I asked for a new color and when asked if the color was sheer she replied no it will get better after the first coat. I listed and waited and it in fact did not get better. So we got a 3rd color. At this point my friend who I went with got gel mani and pedi completed and I was still in the beginning stages of my manicure. I stopped speaking up because I just wanted to get out of there. It turned out messy and rough. Not smooth at all. She also managed to get nail polish on my AirPods. Go to CIndy's - ask for anyone else but her. I'm getting them redone tomorrow. Well I normally have Lisa and she is amazing, but yesterday I had Bin for a pedi. I am sad to say that 26 hours later I am developing an ingrown nail because he cut it too short leaving it jamming into the skin. I also had to ask for sterilized tools, which took a minute for him to understand. That's the law people! I paid $31 for a pain in my toe with potential for infection. Bin was distracted and my polish job is chump. I have been going there regularly since I moved to the neighborhood 2 years ago but the service seems to be getting sloppy. They are quick to recognize you and offer help, but I always feel rushed. I don't use polish and half of them don't care or don know how to correctly BUFF. I do, because I do it at home. They always half a$$ buff and the put oil to make my nails shine. A correctly done buff should have your nails shiny for weeks after. The picture below is immediately after she finished .
