Extremely disappointed with my experience at Le Vive. I reached out to have a custom necklace made, and communication was very slow from the beginning. Responses took a long time, and my text messages were never answered. I was originally quoted $1,300 plus labor. After a long delay, the final price suddenly came back as $1,655, even including my trade, which made no sense based on the original estimate. When I asked for a clear price breakdown to understand the increase, I never received a response. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told, "I'll ask the boss for a better deal and get back to you," but no clear or consistent estimate ever came back. At this point, I honestly don't even know if a "boss" exists, since nothing definitive was ever provided. To make things even more confusing and unprofessional, the revised estimate included a proposed trade involving diamond earrings that was never clearly discussed or explained. Between the poor communication, changing pricing, lack of transparency, and failure to provide a breakdown when requested, I completely lost confidence in moving forward. I would not recommend Le Vive if you're looking for professionalism or transparent pricing. read more

While he was looking, I asked if there were any promise rings. Laura brought out a set. The ring in the picture stood out because of the emerald. Don't get me wrong. Let me just start by saying i go way back with Le Vieve.. when they were at Riverside Plaza. over the years I have periodically come in and had them solder my rings together, bought jewelry and cleaning. My husband brought my ring here after I had lost a diamond from the original band and it was dirty and looking pretty sad. I won't name the other place we took it to prior, but I was really unhappy with how they had soldered the wedding band to my ring.
