They said this place was much more affordable and has a larger variety than any large chain store in the mall. They were so helpful, very patient since I tried on about 50 different styles. 2 months ago I got engaged, the owner Mohammed and his staff contacted my now fiancé and worked with him for over 6 months to design perfect ring. I took a Hamilton Khaki Field automatic watch to Le Vive for repair. The crown broke off the stem and the stem retracted into the watch case. I bought the watch new, but on grey market, so it didn't have a warranty, and I didn't feel like shelling out several hundred to send it off to the Swatch Group repair center. Le Vive was able to repair it for $65 using my existing crown, which was important because I wanted the watch to have an OEM crown and not a third party / generic crown. Plus, the watch case is PVD coated, so a PVD crown would be difficult to come by anyway. It only took about a couple weeks to get it back after the pre-estimate quote and actually commissioning them to fix the watch. The watch is now back to working order and I would not hesitate to recommend Le Vive Jewelry for watch repair. read more
