Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

I pulled a permit finished the job and it passed inspection with the materials I had on hand. It cost me probably $70.00 in extra fittings materials since I had fittings and such from when I retired after 38 years in the Building Maintenance mechanical field. Journeyman Pipe fitter, HVAC Class A and Stationary Engineer High Pressure Steam. Those 2 guys need a lesson on manners matter when dealing with the public. Being rude and know it all attitude just doesn't cut it. Remember the customer is always right and make the best decisions for themselves. This industry has taken a step backward in the wrong direction over changing customers just to get their money. That's how us elderly people feel when companies all they care about is the dollar we just want honesty, integrity, respect and trust. Not double talk.
