Bathroom remodel never started after 4 months. Insurance sent check to Leads Construction in April. After a few requests by me for project status update (it seemed they forgot), start date pushed back several times. I was instructed to pick materials and then due to delays, my choices we no longer available. Finally on August 9, supposed project start date, I asked if they checked into permit requirement. They assumed they didn't need one (I sent them the city brochure) but after my question, they realized in my town they needed a permit. On the day they were to start my project - after a 4 month delay- they had to register with the city and apply for a permit. Another 2 week minimum delay. I was done. Cancelled work for poor communication and lack of foresight. read more

Leads Construction completely dropped the ball on us. They let us buy materials after they didn't even though they said they would. Then, they told us it would cost us thousands of dollars more to use the materials we purchased. They gave absolutely no guidance prior to purchasing materials. They gave us a start date but never showed up. Joe kept making promises and never followed through. Derek kept covering for him. Poor to no communication from them. Dishonest from the start. We had to break the contract because they didn't do anything on their end. Actually, it was pretty shocking to see how ineffective they were. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their false promises wasted two months of our time and cost us $2000.00. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. The project manager Steve Ramos is a complete ogre. Very mean and very very rude. I hired this company to work on a home project all was going fine until there were issues with communication and processes. For a company that's in the construction business I do not understand why they claimed they were not aware they needed permits and or registration for certain people in the scope of work. When questioned they want to over talk you and berate you. I ended up taking my money elsewhere, where I was not being disrespected and valued as a client. Do not use this company unless you want someone to talk to you like a toddler and come up with excuses for constant delays that could've been avoided. However I will say Brian was very nice to me. When I asked to work with him rather than Steve it was rejected. Brian keep being the great guy you are maybe it will help them gain and keep business. read more

Wow, I can't say enough good things about how easy and helpful these guys have been during the process of me gutting my bathroom due to massive water damage. They worked with my home insurance and got me more money, answered my many questions, called me back with a day and just have been so nice. This Monday Dec 19th 2011, they destory my bath and build it better than ever. Can't wait! I will add more details to the review (and pictures) when the work is complete in a few days. read more

In September of 2017, we lost our home of over 20 years to a major fire that occurred in our building. Everything was gutted down to the studs, requiring a complete rebuild of our condominium which lasted nearly 2 years. During these two years, we were unable to live in our home as it was undergoing reconstruction. When something like this happens to your family, it is devastating, and if you're lucky, you'll have an outstanding General Contractor doing the reconstruction for you. Enter Leads Construction which did the rebuild of the entire building and of our unit in particular. We couldn't be any happier with the work Leads did for us and the service they provided. Our point person, John Lipke, was incredible. He did a great job overseeing the rebuild and working with us to get our home rebuilt in a professional way. Leads did everything from working with the association, to dealing directly with the insurance company, to obtaining all of the necessary permits from the city. Leads was there for us whenever we needed something and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. John is very easygoing and a great person talk with. He provides suggestions, consultation, and great ideas. He was there making sure everything went properly even though were unable to be staying close by during this process. We would have regular Facetime calls, and weekly status reports so we always had the confidence things were moving along properly and expeditiously. And on budget! Was everything perfect? No, nothing in life is. But working with Leads is about as close as it gets and we highly recommend them! They are terrific! read more

I recently had Leads Construction do repairs on my home from a sewage back up. What started out as a nightmare turned into an experience that would leave me with a beautiful home. The crew that worked on my home did an amazing job. I could tell they took pride in their work. No detail was left undone. They went above and beyond what I expected and were always polite and made sure I understood what was being done. When the project got underway I was worried, Joe and Tom told me not to worry that the work they do on my home would be of the same standard as what they would do in their own home. Now that the project is done I can say they were correct and I have what looks like a brand new home. It's strange to say but I miss some of the guys. I don't have enough good things to say about my experience with Leads construction. We had massive damage of our house from the memorial weekend storm back in 2019. We finally agreed with our insurance company that we needed to replace 75% of our windows. I know little about construction and even less about window installation. Dave Baumgardner was able to walk me through the process with ease. He was there when we met with Pella windows and made sure every question we had was answered. The instillation only took three days. At the end of everyday when I came home from work there was no sign they had been there other then the new windows. They left the house cleaner then when they came. The crew was nice and respectful and hard working. I have already recommended Leads to others on my block looking at having work done. Great job Leads I have no need to look for anybody else to work on my house when need be. read more

They did an excellent job repairing water damage to the ceiling and wall in our family room. We cannot even see where the work was done it blends in so well. Very caring and professional crew. The work was done unbelievably in a single day. Dave came out immediately when the ceiling first caved in and made sure the damage was halted. He worked with the adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure we got the source of the water taken care of by a competent roofer. I had extensive water damage in my condo. I turned the whole repair project to Leeds Construction, and I couldn't be more pleased. The account representative worked with my insurance company, did all of the research that was needed to find the right carpet, the right wall covering, even the paint colors. I didn't need to do a thing. The workmen were excellent, thorough, and left my place clean and put back together. After a toilet handle stuck, causing water to flood our upstairs hallway bath, kitchen and basement, our insurance adjuster recommended we contact Dave Baumgardner at Leads Construction. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dave and every person he had working on our house to get it back to normal. Since we were going to be renovating the hall bath due to the water damage, we figured this would be a good time to update our master bath as well. Dave came in, listened to what we wanted to do and came up with a plan. He also worked very closely with our insurance company, and handled getting more money that was needed for repairing the water damage. The master bathroom now looks incredible because of Dave's suggestions and his team of hard workers. Besides that room, our hall bath and kitchen were repaired and lots of painting was done. We are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. Every single person that Dave had brought into the house was very professional and did such a fantastic job. And even though the job was completed, Dave called after the fact just to make sure that all our new things were working properly and that we were happy with everything.
