I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

After checking out the damage, he put my mind at ease and gave us the rundown of his plan of running a few fans and dehumidifiers in our utility closest and in the crawlspace. I asked him a bunch of questions I had, and he answered each one with ease and helped me understand what was going on. I was instructed to pick materials and then due to delays, my choices we no longer available. Finally on August 9, supposed project start date, I asked if they checked into permit requirement. They assumed they didn't need one (I sent them the city brochure) but after my question, they realized in my town they needed a permit. On the day they were to start my project - after a 4 month delay- they had to register with the city and apply for a permit. Another 2 week minimum delay. I was done. Cancelled work for poor communication and lack of foresight.
