It is by far the most impressive weed shop I've ever seen. What a stunning location, a beautiful shop and still some great deals. I use to shop at Southwest in Cathedral City. But they grew and got rude so, I've never set foot in their Palm Desert Location. But it looks like a dump, especially compared to the leaf. Plus, the Leaf's delivery service is excellent. I've never waited for more than an hour for delivery. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Lindsey. Lindsey has spent as much time needed in order to assist me and she has always maintained a friendly and helpful attitude! She's been wonderful, ALWAYS! read more

Wow what a beautiful shop this is like the mall of dispensaries, I work as a rep for Heavy Hitters and I've seen a lot of shops but none that have the look and vibe of The Leaf. It's very elegant but open and welcoming at the same time... don't let the high class look fool you they have reasonable prices on all products to appeal to each individual customer. Brittany and Derek really strive to provide a comfortable easy cannabis shopping experience and both do a wonderful job at it. I was looking forward to trying out The Leaf. I've previously shopped at Royal highness and been very satisfied but wanted to try something new. The selection was meager, almost no flower or bud, and were out of several other things I wished to purchase. The worst part was that my sales person quoted me one price, then upped it $10, then didn't offer me a receipt. I thought that was weird so I went back and asked for it and realized that I had overpaid by $10. Unfortunately I realized this after I'd already driven home so called them and they said to come in and they would look into it. They eventually made things right but didn't compensate me for the wasted time and travel. I definitely will not be shopping here in the future. read more

By far the nicest most expensive build out of any dispensary in The Desert. Gone are the clinical waiting rooms of the medical marijuana era. Now we have an exclusive, VIP, elite type of environment with velvet ropes, cushy, comfortable seating in the lounge area with bar seating as well. Level 10 Grade A quality customer service. Everyone who works there is dressed well, good looking, not stoned and very knowledgeable. They carry everything that everyone else carries for the same or lower price. They do have some products that were made exclusively for The Leaf that carry a premium price tag, but everything else is priced for Highway 111, not El Paseo, so don't let the address deter you from going in. Very well thought out in design, product and staffing. They also use The LINX card for payment which is a reloadable card that they will provide you on your first visit. Its a great payment system! Pro tip: If you cant find parking on El Paseo then go around back and park in the parking lot because they also have a back entrance with its own lounge. Thank you. read more

My experience at the leaf has been mixed.Store is amazing,prices are very competitive simply beautiful... My thoughts are about multiple staff interactions.Although all staff have been courteous and nice enough, just felt the average ages of the staff members didn't properly represent the areas full demographic. I guess I'm just an old guy...but generally feel it's easier to relate to similarly aged people? Interestingly enough in my multiple visits the clients in the store seemed more older than younger... guess we have more aches and pains... Unbelievably professional, inviting staff and luxury environment for all of you medical or recreational marijuana needs. CSB's Oil, flower. They had it all and it was very well represented bu their staff who was, super helpful and friendly. We'd chosen something in the samples that was unfortunately not available so, they made it up to us with a nice gratuity gift. We were in the area for an event and a person in our group had found Leaf online. We were a little intimidated walking in the door, but right away you're greeted by very friendly reception staff. They have someone come and escort you in. It is very classy and beautiful when you walk in, like a jewelry store but without the stuffiness. It was very welcoming and relaxed. We were assisted by Derrick both times we were in and he was wonderful. Everyone in the group was looking for something different. One person has a hard time with pain from cancer and surgeries with difficulty sleeping. Another was looking to shut their mind off and relax and another to get into their creative space. He was able to answer all our questions and give us wonderful advice on suggestions. We will definitely be visiting again next time we were are in town. Would highly recommend! read more
