veteran and military friendly. i drive an enormous distance to come here and see mr. chance or scott who works for chance. ask 4 them. weed is good and special priced for us, he also gives deals to 1st time patients and his clients. dont be fooled by this highline place, i thought was going to be overpriced. i was wrong. their quality control is impeccable and the have everything. prices are lower than the trap houses. everytime i go i buy minimum of 5 oz for our vets with ptsd. not because of the amazing prices but because the service here is great. i used to go to royal palm collective but lexi over there didnt want to work with us and owner ither. i will be giving my business to chance because he will help you even when his shift is over, he will stay and make sure you are good. you can feel that they actually care what they do and care about you. they also know area so can direct you to good places to eat and attractions. thank you chance and scott weed was wonderful and customer experience was impeccable. bring ur vet card and go see these guys. semper fidelis mr. chance. i hope ur bosses know how you go above to help your clients. i've been to every shop in that area and no one gives the positive vibe like you guys. my vets, family and i will be exclusive to your shop from here on out. read more

This store has a plentiful of high-quality products, and the store itself is beautiful, and the most workers there are nice. But some arent really nice. I dont know, if he Was the Boss, or someone else. But after visiting this store more often, I was almost making friends with the most people there. Since I was convinced of talking about a specific person, and asking about this person all the time. Plus, I was convinced of scaring this person, and not buying some products at these points. First of all, I havent done this. This cannot be proofed by them, that I always asked about this person. We always talked about everything possible, and if I would mention any other Co-workers in my conversations, my talking parterns, who are also working there, did Not care. Also, why should we? Of I am asking about someone is not a crime. This guy banned me from the store. But I believe, that he didn't like me in person, and was telling his Co-workers lies or wrong information. This whole Thing didn't make much sense, because it is Not Bad about asking someone, while also switching quickly to another topics, and Additionaly it is not bad, if I Don't buy a product on a certain day since that is my personal decision. This will be the only dispensary I'll go to from now on. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I felt as though I was in a high end jewelry store on Rodeo Dr. The staff's customer service is superlative! The store's decor is gorgeous. Most dispensaries have moved far away from the dark drug dens, but The Leaf leaves them all in the dust. I found a a huge variety of cartridges for my PAX. I found a nice selection of CBD vape for my dad's pain and CBD/indica vape for my mom's sleep issues. I saw plenty of edible choices too. The dispensaries I've visited have all looked good and their staff as been nice and helpful, but The Leaf's service is far and away the best. The Leaf's store is ridiculously amazing. Will never go there again! I used to go to the leaf all the time. At least $300 a week spent there. I was paying people's pay checks. You would think people would be nice and thankful. Well that's not the case. One of the managers/owners followed me outside for no reason. Nothing was said to him at all by me and he tried coming at me when I went to my car. He followed me outside for no reason and was very rude. I told him he was a horrible owner if this is how he runs his business and treats big time customers. He called me a faggot and the crazy thing is that I think he is a gay man himself and he called me a faggot. Horrible way to run a business if you ask me. Can judge a book by its cover because it looks nice and everything but they don't treat you like they should. Employees tell me how they are getting shipments of product one day and come in and they don't have what they tell you they were going to have. read more

To be clear, this review is about the Captivo product. Several evenings ago I entered into the very posh and swanky The Leaf and I told the salesperson that I was needing something to help me sleep. So, he recommended that I try the Captivo brand gummies. Omg, worst reaction ever!!! Within 5 mins, my heart was racing and my anxiety level soared thru the roof. I became nasty, short, wired, mean, and aggressive. Then my sensitivity to sound become so heightened that a mere crinkle from a candy wrapper or the sound of a window shade being lifted was excruciating. I'm writing this review because I don't ever want anyone to have to experience what I'm going thru at this moment. I've only had good experiences at The Leaf, in fact I'd give The Leaf 5 stars. But now that I had been given this recommendation of the Captivo brand I'm am very disappointed ..... Never again! I do understand that everybody's chemistry is different and everyone's reaction to THC, CBD, and CBN are dependent upon my factors including age, blood chemistry, medications, and diet. The best place in the valley if you ask me. I have my own criteria for rating dispensaries including: greeting area, staff knowledge of products, product selection and pricing, and finally the look and vibe of the place as a whole. I can say with confidence this place gets an A+ in all categories. The initial greeting is great, the security guard was polite and didn't feel like a bouncer (a problem most dispensaries face) afterwords the lady at the desk asked me some questions got me signed up and told me an associate would be there to escort me in in one moment. That to me made me really feel like a VIP having someone come to escort me personally into the store. Once inside the lady who led me in asked what kind of products I was looking For. After I answered she sent me to a specific counter where they had a single staff member handling a different kind of product. The man who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about everything they had and acted in a very professional manner. A lot of the time when you go to dispensaries the workers just feel like dealers off the street who went legal. As for the selection and price it was excellent. Despite this locations high end nature the prices were competitive for how high end the product is. And lastly the vibe of the place matched what they were going for perfectly. The store is clean, High end, and overall looks stunning. A well deserved 5/5 read more
