When you ask them to come back to do the job right, Johnny, the service manager is super defensive. Last year they slipped a term in the renewal contract that wasn't there before that required payment of 10% of the remaining time of the contract if you wanted to cancel with them. So they are doing a terrible job and you cancel their contract. They you have to pay them. Also, when you give them notice that you are canceling, they will stop showing up to do the work. One of the last two times, they only came 1/2 hr for a big apartment complex. We brought it to Johnny's attention and he said that they had done extra work the other times in the year. So it was OK to only do 1/2 hr of landscaping. Anyway, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company!

In addition to their exceptional work is their follow-up to adjust sprinkler patterns to ensure complete coverage and a green lawn, and prompt responses to any questions we had. The scope of work included excavation, French drains, retaining walls and stone planters, re-doing our sprinkler system in back, bringing in new soil and laying down sod, new planting beds, a rock entertaining area around a fire pit and pathways. The only reason I'm writing this is because one of the larger firs were leaning and aimed towards my house where my children sleep. Once the permit was obtained in lake Oswego climbing monkeys were at my neighbors house PROMPTLY. My neighbor notified me that they would be in front out our houses at 8 am and they were. There was still ice on the ground and heavy winds and rain, climbing monkey still came with their whole crew. They brought wood chopper, crane, 2 trucks to haul and 11 crew members. They were all very kind and helpful, cleaned up our street of all the debris. Removed all the trunks and branches and kept things immensely tidy. When they came back on Saturday even with the high winds and rain they acted professionally and defied physics by cutting the top of the tree having it secured on rope, anchored to the tree and the truck and totally fell avoiding my neighbors house!!!!
