I had a quote based on Google Images for cleaning my house and garage gutters and vinyl siding, and a paver patio that was almost completely under dirt. Their availability was within a day or so of inquiring. We had to reschedule a few times (once when my spigot broke, which he offered to fix, but I wasn't home to evaluate at the time, and once when their power washer needed a part) but there were no big delays in finishing up the job. And the results...!! Awesome. My gutters went from clogged and overflowing down the siding, causing mildew (thanks previous owners), to being clean and flowing freely. John even offered some advice on more effective gutter angles and downspout locations. The power washing removed all the dirt and debris from every corner of the house, and removed every bit of mildew. The siding looks brand new!! The patio that was under dirt now is now ready for summer BBQs. They sent several before/after photos when I wasn't home to prove the gutters got cleaned, and show how well the power washing cleaned the mildew. Thank you John, and Boston Gutter Guys!

They also re-shingled a small roof area around the skylight that had mold growing on it and sealed leaks in my gutters. The initial visit with Lucas was great - he listened well, looked at our old skylight and flew a drone over the roof to take pictures and gave me a detailed roof inspection. Because the new skylight model would involve a different sized opening, Lucas identified a clever approach to modify the opening size and finish it off inside with a white PVC trim. Lucas was super responsive any time I had a question and was happy to talk through subtle questions about the shingles. The company got a building permit with my town (Belmont, MA), and the team completed the small area re-shingle, opening adjustment and skylight install all in about 6 weeks since I contracted with them - with the intervening time largely being due to finding the right days to work given weather conditions in late winter, which they were thoughtful about working around. The skylight looks and works great and was good quality work at a fair price - thank you RB Farina roofing!

We had to catch multiple workmanship issues ourselves, and the amount of stress this job caused was unbelievable. I also have serious doubts about some of the 5-star reviews, especially the ones with pictures. The manager goes around taking pictures of the completed work and then posts them, which made me question how genuine some of these reviews really are. I learned my lesson after a lot of stress and money. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
